Infield at the Zoo

Just had to visit one last time. 2 trips here in 2002 &05.
Couldn't they have just put up a pair of parking garage structures and saved rosenblatt?
Now the chasers are out in papillon (easy drive)...
New stadium downtown has zero character, sterile.
Werner park is solid but very small for a AAA stadium.

Its important to know that this is really more of a memorial than a park, as google maps lists it as. It is always open throughout every day for zoo-goers to have a quick stop and enjoy. My one experience was positive. 5 Stars.

This place is called "Infield at The Zoo". It is the site where Rosenblatt Stadium once stood and has some of the stuff from the from the original stadium such as a sign and a couple rows of the original seats! It's also neat to walk around the bases!
