Wendy's

Impressive! Forget what you think you know about the Northside Businesses! So, I was one of the 1st lunch customers today. My coworkers wanted Wendy's. This particular store was the closest option. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who was outside picking up trash! So often, restaurants neglect the outside of their business. Not this location and the gentleman was sincere and a nice guy. Then I walked in and was greeted again. I ordered a salad, a ghost peper chicken combo, and a 5 dollar sack. (No more 4 for 4 lol) The food was hot and fresh and neat. Not just thrown in the bag. The fries hot fresh and cooked in clean oil! The restaurant is spotless! I have never been inside a Wendy's that was cleaner, and unfortunately, I have been to many Wendy's 😕. This was a weekday and it was lunchtime. So if you are in the area and craving some Wendy's or just some fresh food prepared it worth going here! And if you have friends that prefer Taco bell they share the same lot!

I came for the frosty. Their food was their normal food. It tastes fresher than the other places. I love the fresh lettuce and thick slice of tomato.

This review is just a shout out to the drive thru guy on Tuesday at lunchtime. You guys were out of the sweet and sour sauce for chicken nuggets and he was super kind and apologetic. It's just sauce! Although I was disappointed cuz it's my fav. He was so nice though. Wishing him the best!!

Drive Thru experience was great! Good was hot and ready, and there was a line, too! People come here for a reason. Thank you, Wendy's.

Today 5/11 at 3:50pm I came into Wendy's to get some food and was served promptly and when the manager saw me scraping together change he came over and bought me a biggie bag. I have to say thank you it seems so rare these days that people show kindness anymore. Made my day.

I've always had good and fast service here, and my sandwiches have been fresh, hot, and tasty. I usually order my favorite, a spicy chicken sandwich.

The price could be more reasonable, but fast food prices are higher everywhere lately due to inflation so I can't hold that against them. I've had consistently positive experiences at this Wendy's.

Eye love Wendy's and ONLY one other restaurant matches their excellence :)

FYI : they no longer sell ice in bags, at the Wendy's on Broadway. But they are super nice about it! Giving them 5stars Because I've always had great service at That location

Tonight, February 18th 2022 for the first time ever my food was hot fresh and correct from this location and let me just say THANK YOU to tonight's team! My asiago bacon club is 5 star restaurant quality! The fries are hot and crisp everything about my experience went smooth and my food has never been this good from this location. So whoever has just been hired and stepped it up in here THANK YOU I appreciate your hard work and I'm glad to see this Wendy's is turning a new leaf and hope to keep receiving food this good.

I discovered that the food is fresher than most fast food I have eaten. This is the best service I've gotten lately. Everyone has charming attitudes that make me want to tip, and that alone is essential for business.

Their diet coke always tastes on point! Fries are always crispy and salty! Delicious!!!

Clean, nice dining area with TV's , WIFi, and decent views. Extremely efficient the 10+ times I've been there. The employees seem competent (especially if you get a chance to be helped by "Allure". She brought me a honey mustard sauce to my table because they accidently gave me bbq!!! Are you kidding me???!! Wow) The dining room is comfortable with flat screens and a nice view for people watching.
