I am doing a lease to own purchase on my home with Linkin Properties and I am so happy to have come across this company. They are responsive with work orders and they have helped me when my hours were cut due to covid19 and money was tight by helping to pay my over due utility bill so it wouldn’t be disconnected and Then made a very reasonable payment agreement I could afford. I will refer all my family and friends to Linkin Properties to rent a house or to purchase. They completely remodeled my home and it’s gorgeous. Linkin Properties rocks and has made me it possible for me to own a home Thank you!

Absolute joke of a business and human beings.

Get everything in writing with this company if you are a renter, vender, or even help them with a side job. Get everything in writing or recorded.

They will collect all your personal information, show you homes to get you excited to do business with them, then turn around and tell you the home sold to someone else or it is out of your price range. They had me and my children looking forward to a home we were shown, just to tell me after they collected all our information that it was sold to someone else, broke their hearts! It definitely seemed like a scam looking back at it all now :(
Huge waste of time, effort and money. Be careful fellow citizens.
