Associated Bank

My mom recently came into this bank to pay off the rest of my mortgage. A few days later, I receive a hand written card letting me know that my mortgage had been paid off and thanking me for my business.

In an era where everything is electronic and every customer is a number. This gesture really stood out.

Great people. Been with them for 6 years.

Decent ATM. Nothing special.

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't let me cash a cashiers check I purchased in May to pay a bill my name as the remitter. Turns out that had already been taken care of. Now looks like I'm just out that money. nice how they just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. Hope they have fun keeping my money.

Been to this branch three times. Average wait time 20 minutes. This last time I was there, 5 bankers stared at ne. Finally someone said how can I help you. All i needed was a new card. Was told the only person that could help was not available. Was told it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was finally helped. Took him another 15 minutes to get me a new debit card. Thank God for the Eagan and St. Louis Park branches or I would be out of there. What is the reason for having 5 bankers if no one can help you. What a Joke!!!

Garbage service, especially at this location. 0/10 avoid this branch at all costs.
