Pendleton *Permanently Closed*

I really enjoyed stopping here when traveling in the area. I’m sorry to hear that they are closed. I could always count on getting a gift for my Mother & wife & was looking forward to going back.

Not the "factory outlet" as I had expected. Was looking for fabric by the yard. However, it was family week wit 25% off almost all items in the store. I bought
lots of items for Christmas presents so was not too disappointed. I actually detoured from I-80 to stop there. I had no idea it was located in a huge outlet mall. The manager was friendly and helpful. I plan to return again.

Extremely impressed with this store and its staff. I went in for the first time awhile ago and was greeted and given the backstory on this business. I can't remember the gal's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I just received a thank you card from them and I am blown away at that. Amazing store, will definitely be coming back for often!

Went in on 10/18 around noon and was treated with extremely poor customer service. When I asked for the employees name so I could call and report her lack of customer service, she refused to provide any type of identifying information and continued to speak to me in a condescending manner.
