Comfort Suites La Vista - Omaha

Spent a family weekend there and had a great time. The staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. Loved the hot tub & pool. Will be back

People were accomodating and friendly. When we were placed on a non-ada room by reservation error we wete moved immediately. When we were given on correct breakfast times (in writing) they reopened and fed us. The room had quite a few cobwebs and bathroom sink mold in basin edges. ADA room but bathchair was missing arms so was not stable. I would stay there again.
Hot tub out of order was sad.

Breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was amazing. Housekeeping was not the greatest, but once we talked to the front desk, the things that didn't get done were corrected.

This hotel is right by the soccer fields, our room was clean, I’m glad they have the In shower shampoo as we forgot ours, they have 24/7 lemonade, coffee, Tea, hot cocoa, I will definitely stay here in the future!!! The lobby atmosphere is inviting also, great pool for the kids and they actually had pool towels!!! I really can’t say enough good things

James at the front desk was so welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was great, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, the staff working it was so on top of things and helpful. And the pool area was very well maintained. Over all we had a great stay, it was a great place to stop of the night and get rested.

I was visiting family in the area. I'm a BK amputee. I booked the King Suite Accessible. It was truly Accessible. While I do wear a prosthetic leg, I take it off at night. The bathroom door was plenty wide for my wheelchair, plenty of grab rails around the toilet, a roll-in shower, a plus was the seat to put in the shower. Also, a big plus was the hand held shower head. The whole room was very easy to access in my chair. I will reserve this hotel everytime I visit my sister from now on. Oh, don't let the Continental Breakfast fool you. It is more than donuts and a waffle station. Each morning was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle station, and the usual bagels, cereal, juice, and milk. They alternated between fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy to complement the eggs and sausage. A great start to the day. A very good experience. Thank you to the staff. This was my first time traveling after my amputation. This hotel and staff made it so easy and comfortable for me.

Nice modern hotel. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower, nice pool, excellent hotub, decent breakfast, friendly service, decent rates.

Great people working there. The lobby is large and always clean. They offer iced water and lemonade along with coffee and tea 24 hours for their guests.
Room was clean and the people cleaning the rooms were kind, courteous and efficient.
I used the weight room and pool and all areas were clean and well kept.
Would stay there again. One of the best Comfort suites I have ever stayed at.

Staff were friendly, room was very large and comfortable. Very clean and smelled awesome. Pool was a little cold but not horrible and the hot tub was amazing. We missed breakfast so I am not sure how good it was. 4 on location just because it's not near much. We did have a complaint on our daughter who kept trying to run around upstairs but the staff were very kind about it. Of course we immediately calmed her down but they seemed understanding.

While the hotel us going through a remodel, so its not super on point, this is honestly one of the best comfort resort hotels I've been to in a while. I Highly recommend choosing this location over the others in town. I didn't take photos prior to settling in but, it is clean, well kept, and about average in amenities. I will definitely choose this location next time I am in town.

Customer service was excellent and kind (our microwave broke and they brought us a new one ASAP). A good affordable place to stay if you are looking for a basic hotel.
Pool, hot tub, and workout room were all good.

We had a standard king room and liked it so much we extended our stay by two days. We have regularly stayed across the street at Courtyard by Marriott, but they started charging $10 for parking and always charged $10 for breakfast, so we moved here, where parking and breakfast are included. We slept great on the bed, and liked the dedicated living area with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Large L-shaped sofa with view of the TV from bed or sofa even though there is a dividing wall. Staff was always friendly, with daily room service if desired. HVAC unit worked well, and has constant fan option that I love to use. No complaints about this hotel at all.

Stayed here on a last minute whim, payed dearly because of what was going on in omaha. That is the only complaint was how expensive it was, but hotel supply and demand allows them to raises prices. Room was great, pool was great, hot tub jets were broke, but still in operation to get in. Hotel does need to update their exercise room, but was happy with the rubber mat and dumbbells that were on site. Breakfast that was included was decent just like any hotel Breakfast, nothing too spectacular. Overall very good place to stay, just down the road from Cabelas and many places to grab a quick bite if needed. Not to far outside of downtown or airport.

We came here midday Sunday and got 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds each. The rooms were larger than I expected but cozy. We had an issue with the handicap room so the assistant manager moved us to the room lower. She was super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. She was super accommodating for us and it's very much appreciated. The pool area and gym were super clean and well maintained. They offer towels at the pool to dry off. The lobby was spacious and well furnished. Although we didn't use it, there was a business center with a desktop computer, printer, and wifi. The breakfast was from 6-9am with a good selection of food. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Nebraska!

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The lobby was very nice and the staff were very nice and friendly. The pool and spa were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable, and relaxing. The room was very nice and clean, the hallway was also very clean. Yes I would highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful time when I stayed there.

Rooms were super clean. They served an amazing hot breakfast. Hot showers and beautiful view from the room window. The guests were very friendly and the front desk lady, Christie (I think that’s the right spelling), was amazing!!! She was so nice and on it! We asked for more toilet paper and she came up less than five minutes later with it! Amazing experience and wonderful stay! We will definitely be stopping here again if we pass through Nebraska!

The hotel was very clean and inviting. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was filling. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I was looking for a decent hotel with breakfast and a hot tub. I found both here. But it also was supper clean and nice. The hot tub was super hot. Our room was nice and clean and new.

Loved the customer service here. The manager (I didn't get her name) and Christina the front desk clerk we so kind and helpful with any questions we had since traveling from out of state. Our room was very spacious with two queen beds and a couch. The bathroom as well was very nice and large. The comfort of the beds and pillows made the stay even better. There is also a pool and hot tub which my kids loved. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you for making our trip great! Room 422 (Wright)

Its been our year to travel and we have spent many nights in some bad hotels. From Denver to Vegas. Comfort suites is one of the nicest hotels so far. Very clean. The employees very friendly and is located in a very nice area. Would definitely stay here again.
