Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

So very impressed with this Choice property! Easy to get to, good location. When you enter you are immediately struck by the smell and look of clean. Staff professional and helpful. Hallways well lit and maintained. Room was nicely decorated, well organized and again, clean! Big screen TV, plenty of charging ports, fridge and microwave, mini coffee maker. Breakfast area clean with good hot food and coffee. Would absolutely stay here again.

The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. These are some seriously good people. I had some family members stay here for a few weeks this month. They were raving about the place and the hospitality, and asked me to write a review for them. When I visited them I was happy to see how clean everything was and how fresh the rooms (hardwood flooring) and hallways smelled. Stairs are clean and free of any odor. Full continental breakfast every morning that includes eggs, waffles, biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, as well as the usual cereal, muffins, and fruit, among other things. I don’t believe they used the pool during their stay but from what I saw, that looked very nice too! If you are staying in the Omaha area, you get a real bang for your buck here.

Yolanda at the desk is amazing. Great stay for the money. Pool was clean, bed and bathroom was clean. Ac is cold. Great food nearby and it’s right off the main road so it’s easy access to whatever you need.

Housekeeping Crew and Front desk was very friendly and responsive and took care all our needs very quickly. Also Housekeeping folks were amazing and ready to help whenever we needed during our 2weeks stay. Morning breakfast was very good, overall great experience and do giving five stars !!

My family and I had booked a room and when we got there they upgraded us to a suite for free!! Love the service and breakfast is pretty good. Great location because it's surrounded by various popular food chains e.g. Chick FIL A, Wingstop, Burger King. Also was located around some stores.

Excellent service at front desk, the room was nice and clean, and for the winter season they have an inside pool. My kid's enjoy it. I will give 5 start on everything.

Rachel the front desk young lady was awesome very caring and helpful with my family needs and questions.. All the housekeeping staff was so polite very respectful and my room was very clean and comfy. Pool was awesome my kids had a blast. Breakfast was yummy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to the area.. You all rock..

Yolanda was the best. I just stayed at a place last night in Wyoming and had the worst experience. This stay made up for it and more. Clean comfortable room with great customer service. I also appreciated that the area didn't look like my car would be broken into. 😬 love it!

I'm a longtime member of Choice privileges, and I will say that most of the time the rooms are great, and the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. This stay was wonderful. Our room was upgraded to a suite without asking, which was very nice. It is also nice to earn points toward free night stays.

I enjoyed my stay here. Taryn from the front desk was very friendly. I was nervous because I made our reservation online without seeing it first. However, our room was very clean and modern. The hotel was pretty close to Bellevue University and Mid America Center. My kids were a little disappointed that the pool was closed temporarily for cleaning. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods. We would definitely stay there again.

Visited the zoo and wanted a hotel close by. The hotels closest to it had poor reviews so I went with this one about 10 minutes out and spent a little bit more money.
The room was great and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was warm and a good variety.
We will definitely be staying there again!

The staff is really welcoming and nice. Free warm breakfast every morning is a good perk especially when staying here for an extended period. Rooms are good and expected, nothing dirty or gross, comfortable beds. I wish in the suite there was a littler more than a microwave, coffee maker and a mini refrigerator in the kitchenette. The gym is good for just some quick work outs, nothing too intense, and usually empty whi, h is my speed for a gym. Overall it has been a great stay, if I'm back in the omaha area I will consider staying here again.

This hotel is so good that every time I come to Omaha Nebraska this is where I want to stay.it has an inside heated pool and gym with free breakfast in the morning and because I have an extended stay they dropped my rates to $65 a night. It is in a great location with a Walmart, Burger King, Taco Bell, Sports bar, McDonald's, near it. And a super nice manager. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and hospitable. Check in was very smooth and easy. The front desk was always very polite and accommodating. They have cox cable and free wifi which was so great. They also have a inside pool they close at night, but in omahas humidity it was still a blessing.

Very clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. I had to use both carts to bring my and spouse's things to our room on the 3rd floor. The front desk clerk offered to at least watch my stuff as I went up with the first cart. The only complaints I really have is that the elevator was small (have a fear of elevators anyway) and I wish there were heating lamps at the smoking areas. Wind chill was -20, so I would have liked a little bit of heat lol

Very clean, hotel staff are very helpful. They have bigger TVs that other hotels in this area don't have. Very comfortable stay here. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good as well.

I took a group of kids from our church. This hotel was very hospitable. When I double booked non refundable rooms, the manager took care of the situation right away. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. Good location.

We have stayed here a few times. The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with warm selections in addition to the usual muffins and cereal options.

Everything was great the attendant at the front desk James was very helpful and friendly would love to stay here again James was the best attendant ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with in a hotel

This place was great. The prices were very comfortable. The only problem I had was the TV didn't work. But no problem; the just gave me an upgrade to a suit.that had 2 TV's in it. Well done comfort in! That was great customer service. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
