Cheesesteaks were amazing! Also got one of their pressed Chicken Club sandwhiches. Huge portions.....a super friendly and polite staff....which is a rarity these days. The folks behind the counter made you feel like a regular...and this was my first time there. I will be back. And you should go....you won't be dissapointed.

I was in the area for work and this deli caught my eye while driving through town. I’m so glad I did. The employees are very welcoming. Lots of menu options but my favorites were the custom sandwiches. I picked the chicken pesto on focaccia which was absolutely delivious. The sandwich was warm and fresh. The photo speaks for itself. Definitely recommend stopping here for lunch. They also have premade meals like chicken marsala and penne vodka in the fridge to your left as you walk in.

We ordered chicken francese and the eggplant rollatini for our Easter celebration. So amazingly delicious! Honestly the best eggplant rollatini we’ve ever had and I’ve had many!

I got the gravy master and it always hits the spot. The garlic toasted sub has those nice charred bits. I do not like too much cheese so they strike a good balance for me on the mozzarella. Leaving the best part for last -- the roast beef is fresh and the gravy lets it all melt in your mouth. Yum!

Al’s has been recommended to me time it again. Finally got myself over there and got a hot pastrami on rye with spicy mustard. No cheese. Plain, on toast the bread. It was superb! Got a side of coleslaw and a pickle I couldn’t be happier. Some of the tastiest pastrami I’ve had. A must try!

Al's has the BEST bacon egg sandwiches I've ever had. They are huge and delicious! A little pricier than other places but you definitely get your money's worth. Always make it a point to go in when I drop my dog off at the groomer.

We wanted to support local business and used Al's for a sandwich platter for a party and were happy with the results. They allowed us to customize the sandwich varieties to our liking and had it prepared at the agreed upon time. Macaroni salad was delicious as well. What more can you ask for?! Staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent sandwiches, all are tasty and fresh. The service is accommodating and amazing as well. Recently ordered platters for a party I had and all the guests loved the sandwiches. Thank you Al’s!

I'm gonna say this is one of the best roast beef sandwiches I have ever had. And the Al's sloppy joe was great

The Italian sub is amazing. I always get that when I go there. They give a lot of meat and the meat is great quality. The staff is so fun and personal.

My kids and I are from Florida. Visiting family here in NJ. We stopped in and had never been here before. I had the Brando and the kids split The grilled club. Best sandwiches ever! The staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate the children. Thank you for a great sandwich and great service!

Everything in Al's is delicious.
If you're looking for a great sandwich, this is the spot! The Brando and the Roast beef are my favorite. The grilled chicken pesto is also a classic!

Classic deli with good selection. Only downside is not open on Sundays.

Perfect spot. I’m working my way through the menu here and everything so far is amazing. For take out, the hot hot hot cheesesteak and pastrami sandwiches are excellent. And I cannot stress this enough, THERE IS NO BETTER BACON IN THE COUNTRY. When you food shop for the week you need the essentials, bacon, pastrami and their ham made in house. All perfect!

I have honestly only tried the breakfast sandwiches here but they are the best I have ever had, and this includes NYC as well. I don't know what it is about a simple egg and cheese on a roll from this place but it's great. I'm pretty sure a father and son team run the place and they are very nice people.

The establishment is very clean with friendly personnel who are always funny & happy. Food is fresh and appetizing especially for a picky person such as myself. They prepare it anyway you like. I also do take out soups, chili, meals. Today besides several salads I ordered 3 sandwiches because I couldn't decide which one I wanted. Instead of buying & preparing chicken for dinner I buy the breaded or grilled chicken from Als they make daily.
