Courtyard by Marriott Omaha La Vista

I really love this hotel. Good location, nice clean rooms, and GREAT staff. I’m Ambassador Elite with Marriott since I travel so much for work and I always make sure to stay here when visiting Omaha. The staff here always go above and beyond and are extremely friendly. For example, Alex, the Front Desk Manager went out of her way to get me a badly needed cup of coffee even though the coffee shop place was already closed. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Kevin Hobson went above and beyond to ensure a great stay for my family. He was accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We will gladly stay in La Vista when visiting the Omaha area. Can’t wait to come back in April!

Excellent service from Alex, and the staff. I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 5 days. Thr room is clean and specious , beds very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Everything was fantastic. From the location right off I-80, to the lobby, to the rooms, the entire property was fabulous. Kevin at the front desk was superb. Helped make sure the needs of our family for bed types and room types was taken care of. And showed genuine interest in us and what we were doing in Omaha! Very professional while also being very personable. Overall, great stay!

The level of service I received at this location recently was well above and beyond my expectations. Kevin Hobson, the Assistant Front Office Manager at the time went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for me. He was generous with his time and never showed a single sign that he was ever inconvenienced. I wanted to go out of my way to give Kevin this review, as he went out of his way for me. I always appreciate how clean the rooms are here. The staff are always so friendly and helpful! My TV remote was stuck on the highest volume and they had it fixed by the time my conference was over for the day. The ample (and free) parking is always SO appreciated.

Very nice hotel with friendly employees. Has a very large parking lot where I was able to park my bobtail. Pet friendly for a 75$ fee. Many restaurants and stores in the vicinity.

On a recent return from a conference in Denver, I tried finding several hotels in the Omaha area. After 4 or 5 different hotels, I called Courtyard by Marriott Omaha La Vista. Kevin answered the phone and was able to accommodate my last minute request. When I arrived, I was greeted by Kevin and Cynthia. Both were very welcoming to the hotel and the area. Kevin made quick work of getting my reservation and key taken care. He pointed out several of the hotel amenities, which include a bar/cafe, pool, and a breakfast bistro. The lobby was very nice and there were plenty of elevators to get luggage up to the room. The room was very spacious and modern. Although I didn't use the bar, I did need an actual glass and the bartender, April, was more than happy to help.

The breakfast the next morning was made to order and delicious.

I would highly recommend this hotel for travel or a conference at the attached conference center.

I’ve been here for a month. And I can say this is by far a really nice hotel. I’ve eaten next door at embassy every night and my server on night shift at the bar is amazing. And today I ate at courtyard and got the loaded tots with chicken strips and April is freaking amazing actually creating a convo with her customers. People that I’d probably never talk to and made us feel like a family. That’s a skill for customer service hands down. Security Rome around at night. The pool is indoor which is a great perk for year round travel.

Went here for work reasons and it was a great experience. Felt welcoming and staff were friendly. Used the pool and the water was a great temperature. The rooms were great. Well cleaned, maintained, and there are endless outlets to used for electronics. The TV has YouTube, Netlix, and other TV services. You can also control the temperature of the room to fit your liking.

Rooms are up to date and modern. Clean and neat. Front desk was extremely friendly. Bed comfortable and comfortable pillows. Mini fridge and microwave. Convenient for convention center and close to interstate. Great hotel. Tv didn't work in room , but nice to not have it on for a change of pace.

Check in went smoothly. Kevin was very polite and able to get us taken care of quickly. We received our room types requested. Hotel was clean updated with great amenities

We love stating here during our Church's Annual Conference. Excellent for the price especially when we are not far down the hall from our meetings. The only problems is the ballrooms where they are held, the AC could not keep up with the number of people in the building.

had my son's birthday party last weekend at the hotel we hosted a group of families with special needs the hotel staff were amazing shout out to Kjell, Cynthia, for their awesome response to our needs. thank you Mindy at the front desk for helping to plan this event. Alex for giving me the idea to invite other moms when family failed us. while i am at it in the past stays, we have had awesome encounters with Floydell, Natasha, Kendra, Kevin. you are all amazing staff and work very hard.

Traveling on business and this hotel is attached to the convention center. That alone made it a good choice for the week of classes at the convention center. The rooms are very clean and well laid out and the rest of the hotel has seemed well kept and clean. What put this hotel over the top in amazing was the customer service from the front desk staff, in particular Alex. She went out of her way, and I mean out of her way, to make my stay as wonderful as it could be. When traditional solutions were not rectifying my issue, she took action and solved the problem herself when she could have just gone about her business. I appreciate the time she took to care about something that she didn't have to. The time she decided to give to a stranger to make my stay better. The kindness that not everyone has and sometimes can be very hard to find. I do hope that management of this hotel also recognize what a great employee and an even better person they have in Alex.

This hotel is right off I80 @exit 442. Its been updated and clean rooms with pool and gym. Starbucks too! We bring the kids as its only a few easy miles to putt putt, axe throwing! There are restaurants and shopping so close! We come back to THIS hotel everytime we travel to Omaha! Kevin H is the BEST front end manager! Ask and you will receive! You just can't go wrong here!

Hotel I frequent quite often. Is very conveniently located off of 80 - friendly staff and has all you need for a nice stay.
Ask for April at the Bistro for great service.

I absolutely love this hotel. Been coming out to Omaha for work the last couple of months and this Marriott is my go to! The staff are so nice, accomodating and just generally top tier customer service. (especially Kevin the assistant manager). The rooms are always clean with great beds. A lot of my coworkers tease me for not heading downtown like the rest of them but honestly this hotel has quickly become my favorite fruit in the country. See yall next work trip!
