I want to say it was refreshing the customer service from the people working in the store. Funny thing is, the nice customer service personnel are close to my age, 59, or former military personnel, like me. Very good move hiring these people to work at the store. Treat them right and they'll treat you right!!!

I went in to get some wood screws for some decking repairs. As usual I did a full lap of the store. I’m excited that they are bringing out all the spring seasonal items. This spring I’m looking to do some bbq’ing and smoking. I’m impressed with all the different types of grillsthat are on display. Everything from smokers to gas grills to pellet grills. To add, the amount of accessories that they have is impressive. They even added spices and rubs to choose from. Most importantly to me, they’re stocking different types of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks and chips. That’s a game changer right there. It’s going to be a fun summer of cooking for sure.

I had to stop at the construction desk and the lady that helped me was so nice and so pleasant to work with she was phenomenal willing to help and do whatever it takes

Bob in appliances took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find the right dishwasher at the right price. Would recommend this location to anyone.

We loved our experience at Lowe's. Terri Wortman, the salesperson was just awesome. She answered all of our questions gave us a great estimate, showed us the door features in detail and assured us that they would back their product in writing. So happy that we went to Lowe's because no one else had the storm door with a doggie door in it. And to top it off it cost us a lot less than we were planning. Great prices!

As somebody who is not a natural handyman or Mr Fix-it. I've always received great and friendly assistance here. It has kept me coming back for years. And I think their prices are decent.

The ace hardwares used to be my one stop shop for everything, but they must also be a one stop shop for a lot of people because all of the items I always need are always picked clean. They say they restock every week but never seems to be the case. Their online shop says items are in stock but definitely is not the case.

Came to this lowes and they had what I needed and then some and was able to locate it within seconds. Was in stock just like their website said too

I’ve been going to this Lowes a lot lately and the staff there is amazing. Melissa in cabinets is amazing and I love my new kitchen. The tile staff is amazing too.

Just moved to the Papillion area and purchased and new home…without any window coverings. Went in today and met with Jeff in the Blinds section. Jeff (and every other employee there) defined what REAL customer service is and should be. He took the time to explain different window coverings and, in a very low pressure setting, helped us find exactly what we needed. Could not be more impressed with this Lowes and would recommend anyone to do the same.

Very helpful staff. They cut the PVC pipe for me. And a couple different people asked of they can help.
The first young man I asked if he tell me where PVC pipe was actually showed me. I thought I had interrupted his lunch as he was eating. I apologized for bugging him while having lunch. He said he was diabetic and needed to eating something. Bless his heart. Thanks you kind staff! I appreciate the customer service you showed me.

Went to Lowes to get a Fridge last minute due to ours going out. Jamar helped us out and we were in and out in maybe 10 minutes. It was the quickest, easiest no hassel buying experience I've had with appliances that I can remember. Well use lowes for future appliance purchase now on.

So….. The previous 1 star rating that I gave this location is now a 5 star rating because of Mike U. He’s the gentleman that was working in the paint department yesterday. His customer service skills are STELLAR! Not only did he direct me to the correct aisle where my product was located….. He also followed through and found me, to make sure that I had found what I was looking for. WHO DOES THAT? Mike U. does!!! Thank you Mike. Your help is greatly appreciated. Lowes is lucky to have you!

Basically an adult toy store. Lol. What I was looking for was not on the shelf, but online it said the store had 7. I asked an associate and he, in fact, said they do have it and that he would go get the item. . . . I left with what I came to get. Thank you Lowes

Had an associate named Brandon go above and beyond helping me find what I needed for the water line going to my fridge.
