Going to call.them again for a different issue. Had a water heater installed, a great brand, a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Had that done 3 years ago,just decided to do a review after another issue that came up. I would not use any other plumbing service. They are the best. Called them yesterday about a Delta shower faucet that was leaking.. Shawn came out and fixed it same day. Usually replacing cartridge, removing the on off handle breaks and it gets expensive. Shawn saw a procedure on a plumbing website how to get it off without breaking (takes to much print to describe), and he tried it for the first time on our shower. It worked like a charm. He will use it on Delta shower faucets from now on. Of course no guarantee it will work everytime, but it saved us between $400-$500 dollars. He has been doing plumbing for 26 years. He is always learning how to service customers the best and it pays off. I would never use any plumbing service other than Plumbing Specialties. They are the best.

Nothing but impressed with Jake and his team at Plumbing Specialties! I requested a quote via the Angi website and within 5 minutes I had a text message from Jake asking questions about my issues. He requested a couple photos and 10 minutes later I had a quote and a plan for him to come the next morning. He showed up on time, had a new water heater ready and within a couple of hours the job was done and I was taking a long overdue hot shower. Their pricing was $800 less than another “local” chain business. Very very happy with this plumbing company. I will DEFINITELY call them whenever I need plumbing work. Highly recommend!!!

The service I received was great. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of different services. Jake always responds to every question that I ask and knows what he's doing or knows what needs to be fixed. I was very impressed and satisfied with the services. This company is always being truthful with the service (fee) charge unlike other companies. Shawn does an amazing job beyond what needs to be done. Again this company is real. No doubt I would use  Plumbing specialties again for any types of plumbing issues in the future for me and families.

The team sent to my house to replace my water heater and sump pump were among two of the finest young men I had met. From answering the door to wrapping up, both Matt and Shawn were friendly, respectful and efficient in going about their tasks. The cost estimates I was given were accurate and the area looked just as good, if not better than when they arrived. This is a professional, service company. One I will not hesitate to call on again.

We had a water heater go bad on us and they were at our house in a very timely manner to replace it with a new one. They were very friendly, professional, and fair priced. Their services were quick and they kept everything tidy and clean. I recommend them for any plumbing services needed and will definitely have them do any plumbing work I need!!

Jake was super friendly and easy to deal with . His team installed and removed hot water in under 2 hours. They where super friendly and professional . I saved $400.00 by using them instead of a big box store and a subcontractor . This could not of been easier !! 5 Star's . I will use and recommend them again . Thank you Jake.

These guys gave me an estimate on installing a gas water heater. They returned my calls. (that's different than other plumbers) They arrived at the promised hour and did a professional job. I would recommend these guys!

Had them out to get an estimate/do work for a customer of mine weeks ago. Called them 15+ times and left multiple texts, have never heard back. Waiting on them had pushed this customer’s work back almost a month now

They arrived promptly to survey our home for an estimate to install a gas line. Told us we could expect a estimate by phone that night or in an email the next day. Still waiting 3 weeks later! Do not use!
