Staybridge Suites Omaha West, an IHG Hotel

Loved this hotel stay. I feel like the price is fantastic for the cleanliness and luxurious feel of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed it greatly. The beds were cozy and clean, the kitchenette had plates and dinnerware for those staying longer. Extra bedding and towels are available from the front desk and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful!

I stayed for the first time at a staybridge suites and I was really impressed! Enough so that I felt a review was appropriate! The bed was very comfortable, there was a tub and shower combo (which seems hard to find these days), the gym was clean and well equipped (except missing the 20# dumbbells for some reason) and the breakfast was extensive and exceeded my expectations! I will be seeking out a staybridge for a future stay! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Clean place and friendly people. Below are some examples.
Cinnamon helped me with connecting with the wireless there. She also explained how the master switch works with the lighting in my room.

Met another employee near the breakfast area and she asked if I would like to have breakfast. That was very kind of her.

A friendly cleaning person moved her cart just in case it was in my way in the hall.

The person who assisted me with my checkout was friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

I received smiles from all the employees.

I should note that the air conditioning was NOT too loud and the room was a comfortable temperature.

In general, I like the place.

As an IHG rewards member I always stay at Staybridge when I have the option. This particular location was set up very well. The only thing missing was a hot tub- but I asked in advance and knew when I made reservations.
Front Desk staff greeted us each time we passed.
Dining staff was so gracious I said maybe I'd move there so I can work with those ladies. They are knocking it out of the park with gracious, vivacious, positive words and actions; I absolutely love this.

We have an annual ladies' trip with the women in our family and have stayed here a few times. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome back package from Tasha and the crew. In addition to this sweet package, Tasha and staff were so helpful in assisting with the accessibility needs through the weekend and were so welcoming and kind.
10 out of 10 would recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic Hotel!!!!! The staff were always so accommodating. The rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. All the utensils should you want to cook. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of options both cold and hot, various coffee’s , sodas juices, wide bakery options. Free wine and beer In the lobby Mon - Wed from 5.30-7pm to meet other guests. Free laundry service. We’ll equipped clean swimming pool and Gym. This hotel is faultless

A few minor maintenance issues with the room but they did not interfere with the quality of our stay. water pressure was low in the shower and a cabinet door above the sink was loose on its hinge. no dishwasher tablet. view was great and it was quiet. bed was great and the internet was problem free.

So clean and new! Very comfortable stay in our way through Nebraska. I love that they are dog friendly and the area was super populated. Easy to pick dinner and find a coffee shop the next morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel

We had been planning a trip to Omaha to visit our daughter and grandchildren. Upon looking at the reviews we were really concerned about the negative reviews. We contacted the Corporate Office and they assured us we didn't have to worry about any issues. They take pride in providing excellent service. We went ahead and booked our 5 days/4 night stay. Fast forward to the date of arrival. We were still on the road way past the check in time, so I called. Kayla was very pleasant and assured us our room would be waiting. Upon arriving the outside of the hotel was clean and welcoming. We were greated by Kayla and she had such a warm personality. We checked into our room which had a very pleasant smell and it was very clean. The hotel was conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. The staff was amazing and the housekeepers had no problem assisting with towels/soap etc as needed. Breakfast was amazing and the pool/hot tub worked perfectly fine. Reviews are great but sometimes you have to take the bad ones with a grain of salt. I was ready to not book with Staybridge based on the negative hotel reviews. So happy I did book with them. I was beyond pleased. Thank you Omaha West Staff!!! You all are amazing. The Vasser's!

My wife and I were able to have a quick getaway for our anniversary.
We were greeted by welcoming staff during check-in and the friendly service continued throughout our stay. Check-out was easy as well.
Our room was nice and spacious, was clean and inviting as we walked through the door. Kitchen area had everything that we could have needed, full size fridge, range, microwave as well as some dishwasher. This all made it easy to forget you were in a hotel. The seating/lounge area in the room was a nice surprise and allowed for an area to just sit and relax and enjoy a nice conversation.
We were able to enjoy some time in the hot tub in the lower level and could have enjoyed a nice size pool if we had wanted to. We were able to continue our relaxation by enjoying some time on the patio. There was a long area on the patio, as well as a place to grill your own dinner if you are so inclined to do so. Favorite part for us on the patio was the fire pit… to be able to turn the fire pit on and sit back and watch the flames on the glass works made it easy for the distractions of the day slip away.
I do a lot of traveling and thus have many opportunities to find myself in different hotels across the country. It is nice to know that there is a nice place like the Staybridge Suites Omaha West that we can confirm a quick getaway or stay-cation, but even more a place that I can recommend to friends, colleagues, and family members when they are either visiting Omaha or just traveling through.

What a great place to stay! Our rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was second to none. They do a fantastic job of switching up the items each day and offer a ton of selection for all types of picky eaters. Grace, who assisted us via the phone and at the front desk, was so incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. She is the perfect person to welcome you after a long day of travel. We also had our furry friends with us and it was so fun to see how many guests also had their companions with paws. GREAT HOTEL! BOOK A ROOM OR TWO!

Accommodating staff. April was friendly & went above and beyond to assist us! Sarah from housekeeping was friendly and helpful! Family friendly & located in a great area with lots to do. Grocery store nearby, park across the street. Well maintained property & clean. Will return.

This is a beautiful and inviting hotel! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel like a family member verses a stranger that is staying at their hotel. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and are truly enjoying your stay, whether you are in town for business or visiting family. They take care of their guests by getting to know you and providing some great amenities in your room as well as their lounge/lobby area. Including food and wine on certain nights. It also includes a close by state of the art recreation/workout facility. If you are looking for a fun place for a family reunion be sure to talk to Kathy, she is amazing and will help you have a great event!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 months while transitioning between houses and waiting for the construction on our new house to be completed. We shopped around at numerous extended stay suites and when we were met by Kathy we knew we found our home away from home. Once we were settled we enjoyed daily breakfast and also dinners from Mondays through Wednesdays. The food was always top notch and loved the serving staff. The general manager Hans went far above and beyond the normal level of service that one would expect by helping us with letting our puppy out sometimes a couple times a day and he wasnt even on duty Tynice (forgive my spelling if not correct)was amazing our room was always clean and she met us with an awesome smile on the daily! I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and plan on visiting frequently if not just to say hello to our new family! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Staybridge for making us feel so loved and well cared for!!

The most COMFIEST BEDS!!!! The bed was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!! After a long day at work, I was looking forward to just sinking into that bed! The best hotel I've stayed at in Omaha!!! I am from Chicago and was here for a work trip. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious. I ABSOLUTELY loved the Socials they have Monday- Thursday. The brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash they use is my new favorite and will have to find it online to use at home! I loved how the laundry room is right next to the fitness center so you can get a workout in while putting a load of laundry in instead of just having to sit there. Definitely recommend this hotel! And everything you need is within 8 minutes from here!

Getting to the hotel, while not too difficult, was unusual because, when approaching from one direction, the only way to get to the front to the hotel is to drive completely around the building where there are no signs indicating that this is the right direction. Apart from that the accommodations were extremely clean, quiet, and well maintained. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and considerate, the breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the pool and spa were clean and well maintained. I would gladly stay there again.
