The grape leaves are amazing. My cousin was left speechless for about 45 min after eating one because they were so good.

The barg (steak) was my favorite meat. All meats are good.

Pro Tip: Don't order the combination platter just for yourself. You will A) look like a fool and B) not be able to finish it. There's just too much meat and rice.

This place is amazing!
Started with Sambuseh and Lentil Soup... wow. I love them both.
Dinner was Barg Kabob with Zereshk Polo Rice, and Bronzini with Green Rice.
Dessert was Turkish coffee and Saffron Ice Cream.
This food was heaven sent. I can not say enough good things about this place. Everything was so delicious! The flavors all compliment each other. A very good job in the preparation and presentation. However, I do not recommend if you have a nut allergy, but if you do, you'll die happy.

Such a lovely gem in the neighborhood. Came in today without reservations with a friend for lunch unexpectedly. There were plenty of seats available, beautiful decor and great Persian food on the menu.

We ordered a few appetizers to split between us. I highly recommend the Hummus and Persian Tea. I’ll definitely return when in the area to try other dishes on the menu.

The food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were HUGE (and for a great price)! I have never tried their hot appetizer, Tahdig before. Tahdig is a crispy rice that is made on the bottom of a pan topped with warm stew of your choice - it was delicious! We also got a Combination Platter Kebob and it was all just great.

Also, our servers were really kind - always checking in to see if everything was alright and filling our waters, even when dinner was really busy.

For dessert, we tried saffron ice cream and baklava. Baklava was a hit - warm, gooey and just utter perfection.

Overall, the food was delicious and I would recommend trying it out.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere was excellent. We were a large party and they were able to accommodate and bring all the meals in a timely fashion. The portions are large and delicious. Would definitely go back.

It was my first time trying this restaurant, Tahdig with Gheimeh was fantastic; it was served with hot and crispy saffron rice. For the main course, I had beef Sultani which was marinated very well, barg meat was as soft as jegar, if you know what I am talking about, the kubideh was average, I had a better experience in few other places, for dessert I had mixed Faloodeh and Saffron Ice cream, which was delicious.
The ambiance was classy and clean, with light Persian music playing in the background, and the servers and host were attentive and cared for you like you were their everyday customer, which I liked very much because it rarely happens in Persian restaurants to have this professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to taste authentic Persian cuisine.

To the restaurant:
The faloodeh part was more ice cube than the faloodeh noodles, and the saffron ice cream was fantastic. The Martini glass in which it was served is beautiful when you look at it but not good when you want to eat! With one hand, I needed to grab the glass stem, and with the other hand struggling to grasp or split the cubes, I think it is more practical to use a bowl for faloodeh/ice cream than a Martini glass.

We used to visit Pardis regularly when we lived in Ridgewood and it never disappointed. The kebabs are well cooked, with quality meats and lovely flavors and the side dishes are lovely too. We have moved now, but the best compliment I can give the restaurant is that we now make the long trip especially to go there, even though there are similar restaurants in our new neighborhood.

The best barg kabab in town. & fesenjoon with tahdig was mind blowing as well!

Kabab barg was juicy, soft, cooked to perfection and was well balanced. Joojeh kabab was also really tasty and perfectly marinated. Their koobideh on the other hand needs work because it's not balanced. For their koobideh, taste, texture and color are all off as I think they just add too much spices and saffron to it (yes there's such a thing as too much saffron!). Appetizer was also fresh and tasty.
Service was great and our server was very kind and helpful. Ambience was also very nice.
Overall a great experience!

A friend of mine recommended this place and I was very curious to test their food. Their dishes were deliciously made and the portions were Iranian-like, enough to make a very hungry person super full. I particularly enjoyed the Koobideh as they were "made in Tehran" quality, haven't had such a great Kebab for a long time. I didn't have the opportunity to try the Fesenjoon and the Tahdig, but I was told that they were very delicious!
Green polo was also a delight, well seasoned and cooked to the perfection. Overall the food was really satisfying!
Their service was very good too, very polite and efficient people.
I strongly recommend this place!

Excellent kebabs. We tried the combo platter and everything tasted great. Very friendly staff. The ambience is OK. The meat quality was perfect. The prices are a bit high.

This restaurant does everything right, I'd eat here every day that's how wonderful an experience we had, this restaurant should be a role model on how to treat guests, I'd give this establishment 20 stars that's how fabulous the food and service was here , I think the best in Ridgewood

We got the combo platter and it was amazing. All meats were well cooked and seasoned. Zereshk polo rice was very good. The service was outstanding, water was always refilled.
Will be coming back!

Contemporary setting and clean.
Loved the Sambuseh and Salad.
Dolmeh was a little sour for my taste, so also the Traditional Kashk-Bademjah.
Falafel was good but I have tasted better.
Jujeh Sultani Kebob with cornish hen and Chicken was really good. Barg Kebob was well seasoned, but did not have any wow factor. We should not have gone for the Fessenjan - it was good but it was sweet given the pomegranate paste; the dish itself was good but did not go with the rest, not a good choice from our part.
Baklava was delicious, so was Zoolbia.
Loved the Persian hot tea.

The star of the experience was of course the service, which was excellent.
Would go back, though it is a long drive away for us.

Pardis Persian Grill is such an excellent place located in the lovely Ridgewood area. I decided to celebrate My boyfriend’s birthday at Pardis and I'm very glad I did! They were able to accommodate a 14 people party, everything was exactly how we wanted it. The food here is phenomenal (lamb chops and chicken are extremely good), you can bring your own liquor or wine, the desserts are perfect (please try their tiramisu and ice cream) and the staff is so efficient and friendly. Thank you Omid for providing an excellent service!

The location is not that big but trust me it is not a problem. Everything looked very clean and organized as you can see in my pictures. I totally recommend Pardis for large groups and families. It is a little too loud for couples who are looking for an intimate date.

If I can give this place 100 ⭐ I would ! I’ve never had Persian food before and one day decided to try this place and boy was my life changed. My husband and I even tried other Persian restaurants in ridgewood and this place remains elite. For appetizers we love the kashk- bademjan and our go to order if the combo which can feed 2-3 people comfortably ( or more lol ) the kabobs are just juicy and mouth watering. Just a must try !

This place is amazing. The food is delicious and the service is superb. We got chicken Koobideh, Koobideh, Barg, Bronzini (grilled seabass) and Tahdig. They were all amazing. Kebobs were juicy and spiced to perfection. Chicken joojeh was buttery and delicious. Grilled seabass was also delicious (I would make it a little less oily, but it still was delicious). Very much recommended.
