Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Papillion

Clean, spacious room, friendly accomodating staff. My husband became ill during our stay and staff went above and beyond to work with us on getting an extremely late check out so he could rest right up until flight time. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Papillion Fairfield was THE BEST hotel we have stayed in for a very long time! Very attentive staff! Room was very clean. Shower had plenty of water pressure. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast had unique items too. Easy access off of Hwy 370. Definitely recommend!

Clean and decently comfortable rooms, excellent service and among the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

I've stayed here several times and always had an excellent experience. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, The hotel is newer, the lobby is nice and modern and they have a nice breakfast every morning, with to go boxes which I REALLY appreciate. Two elevators which is nice. The rooms are modern and clean, and the shower is spacious. The king rooms I've stayed in haven't had a bath tub (which I prefer). Beds are comfy. The only thing I would say is the parking lot on the north end needs a little attention and has a few potholes. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel to stay at!

Lots of dining and shopping areas close by. Continental breakfast was great, staff was exceptional!!

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room. Everything was very clean. The bed was super comfy. I'm a tall guy, the shower was actually great for a tall person. Overall great stay.

All I have to say is JOE!!! He saved our weekend! We were left scrambling to find 3 rooms at 10pm on a Friday night after original hotel we booked had no Ac and we had several children under 5. Joe went above and beyond to accommodate our families. Hotel was clean and nice, rooms were great, breakfast was good. Just overall a great find! Thank you Joe!!

We had an excellent experience at the Fairfield Inn. Honestly, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Deb, the morning/ evening gentlemen working maintenance tasks, and everyone we came across was wonderful.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed of any hotel I've ever stayed at. EVER.

They also had an excellent breakfast with with waffles eggs sausage fruit cereal granola bars yogurt milk juice muffins toast.

Another plus is that it was not near a busy highway so it was very quiet. But it was close enough to to the highways that it was worth driving the extra 10 minutes to stay there

There were a few restaurants within walking distance

It was a great stay all around. I stayed there When I was in town for work for one week. Breakfast was really good the staff was very friendly didn't have time for the pool or a thing but they did look good. My room was always clean and bed was made when I came back from work it was very appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for the Nebraska Marathon. Great priced for a king suite. There was water troubles on one side of the building(cold water only) and they moved us right away- no hesitations! All customer service was friendly- morning and evening. Breakfast was set up early each morning and the lady that worked it had a smile and was so welcoming! Went down to ask for a late check out and they already placed all runners on a late check out! 5/5 recommend!

Not too fancy and definitely not too plain. Astonishingly, it had the best hotel mattresses I have ever slept on!

I've stayed at this property multiple times over the years and every time is better than the last! Breakfast buffet is Amazing! In door Pool is warm! Jacuzzi extra relaxing! & the staff is just Wonderful & Kind! I will definitely be back!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the pool, hot tub, and workout room were also clean and well-maintained. The only negative I could see was that the most convenient outlets in our room, on the lamp on the bedside table, were so loose none of the things we plugged in would make contact. The wall outlets were fine. A minor inconvenience. We'll probably stay here next time we're in town.
