Great value for the money spent. Stopped for an overnight stay during a road trip. Staff was super nice. Room was comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. Kids loved making their own waffles. Pool and hot tub do the job. Pool is only about 3ft deep but it worked. You can tell that the pool area is needing some updates. But it was still nice.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel before for business. This time I chose this hotel for pleasure. I stayed a week each time. Rooms are tidy and clean. Beds are soft. Staff is delightful to speak with. Rates are acceptable for town and the amenities that are offered. Breakfast is always a must. Perfect location to a ton of food and other things to do around town. Plus the view from the upper levels are amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The check-in process was super smooth and easy, the room was very clean and neat, and the pool was fun (although hot tub could be more warm). Pool area was a little crowded with kids and hot tub had kids in it that were too young.
The K-Cup coffee machines are a wonderful touch in the already great rooms.

I have stayed at a lot of Best Western Plus locations, and this one was by far the best. When I go into my room, I always check to see how the bathroom is. Up around the tub, especially. It was very nice and the caulking wasn't coming off and there was no rust. The whole room was excellent. The staff that I talked with was very nice and the breakfast was great. I was intown for the Eagles concert. If I need to stay in Omaha again, I will diffently be back.

BEST BREAKFAST I've had in a hotel since before the pandemic! Well done! The room was also nice and clean, with great blackout curtains. I'm very happy I stayed here.

Such a great and child friendly stay! Rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was great for kids. The whole thing was under 3 feet and had the two slides. And warm! Breakfast was pretty standard with cooked food and hotel staples. Not centrally located but a short drive to where we wanted to be

Amazing hotel. They don't try to save money by keeping the pool at a freezing 78° to 80 like other hotels do. I'm guessing the pool temperature is around 96°. You hop into the hot tub and it's not much warmer. Great breakfast buffet as well.

We stopped here in a cross country road trip. Service was great, I was traveling with my grandmother so they gave us a first floor, handicap room without an issue. It was also very close to a side door so she didn’t have to walk far.
I had my mini Australian shepherd dog, and the pet fee was only 30 dollars.
The location was great - in a safe area right off the highway, ideal for road trippers! It was a clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast - they had REAL scrambled eggs which made my morning.
10/10 would stay again if traveling through Omaha!

Our room was HUGE! I’m so going back here, it’s almost as if they had a complete remodel recently? The cleanliness was impeccable, they have everything decorated for Halloween and and I thought that was super cute and welcoming. The front desk lady was beyond sweet and very informative, I wish I would’ve got her name (she deserves a raise!) We were on the 5th floor. A safety feature bonus that I enjoyed was, you must have a room key to use the elevator to go up on any floor. I’d give it a 10 ⭐ if I could, I highly recommend!

I've never been to a hotel before that has decorated for Halloween in their lobby/reservation desk area. Very well done! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean place. The room I had was very spacious and well put together. I liked the fact that this hotel also had a back elevator that you could use with your room key. Came in handy instead of walking back up to the lobby to use the elevator there. Lots of parking around the whole building. A wide variety of hot/cold foods for breakfast. Nice spread. Lol Definitely will be back if ever in the area again.

Clean, fresh environment; good security, must have room key to get on elevator, monitored CCTV in hallways and stairwell; quiet.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Best Western Plus Midwest Inn, but I am glad we stayed. The hotel wasn't a 5 star hotel, but a clean 3 star. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had bottled water in the rooms, and good toiletries. The halls were clean. The pool was nice and warm and didn't go above 3 foot. It was very much filled with chlorine, you could smell that outside of the pool area but my kids absolutely enjoyed playing in there. They had a smaller slide, perfect for toddlers. A bit bigger slide and a hot tub too. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good too. They offered eggs (two different), biscuits and gravy, and make your own waffles, with a ton of toppings. In the hallway they had a 24hr nespresso machine where you could make different lattes and hot mochas, that was such a nice touch. The fitness area was fairly adequate for a fitness area, some dumbells and even a peloton bike plus. We really liked this hotel and will for sure go back for another Omaha visit.

We booked this hotel super last minute, and they had no problem finding us a room & answering all of our questions. The rates were fair, especially since we were traveling with a dog. The little water park for kiddos was great entertainment (definitely geared towards toddlers.) The hotel felt clean, our room felt clean - & the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included & great as we were on-the-go. The only thing we wished could have happened was a late check-out. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again & we would recommend it to others.

We came for a 4 day trip with 3 toddlers. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was so much fun for the kids. The breakfast was very good and in stock even when we arrived one morning close to"closing". The espresso machine available 24/7 was awesome. The rooms were clean and updated. Thank you for the great start at such a great value!

For an older hotel, it is very nice. Room was just renovated. Hot tub, pool with slide and perfect for kids. Excellent staff and a welcoming hot breakfast in the morning. Our stay was awesome.

Definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. The pool was fantastic for our granddaughter. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. Loved the 24 hr coffee, hot chocolate, espresso, mocha, cappuccino machine. If you have kids, pick this hotel

It's a beautiful morning, and I wake up to the sound of chirping birds outside my window at the Best Western hotel. I stretch my arms and legs and feel refreshed after a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. I head to the bathroom, which is clean and well-maintained with fresh towels and toiletries.

As I make my way down to the lobby, I'm greeted with a friendly smile from the staff who are ready to help with anything I need. I grab a cup of coffee and some breakfast from the complimentary buffet, which includes a variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

I spend my day exploring the local area, and when I return to the hotel, I'm pleased to find that my room has been cleaned and tidied. I decide to take a dip in the pool, which is clean and well-maintained with plenty of chairs to relax on. Very family friendly pool more catered to the little ones with fountain and two water slides.

As I head back to my room for the night, I'm grateful for the comfort and convenience of the Best Western hotel. The staff, amenities, and overall experience have exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rooms were very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable if you like a softer bed. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a very nice variety of food. The pool is nice for kids, near zero entry. Be very cautious stepping into the pool, I almost fell on my butt. It is very slick at the entry point. Also, it is so humid in there that water was dripping from the ceiling. Other than those two things, it is a nice place to stay.

This is an older hotel, but everything seemed clean, in working order and cared for. Close to I-80.
Check-out at 12 was great for our family with little ones and it gave my husband an extra hour to rest after a long overnight drive.
Very friendly front desk employee, although maybe not a very professional appearance, she was very welcoming and kind upon our arrival. Our room was just a few doors down from the front desk and a short walk to the pool. Appreciated with little kids!
Great breakfast, warm food options as well. Large, spacious, clean eating area. Coffee (maybe cappuccino type - not sure as I didn't use it!) close to the lobby. Keurig like coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in room.
Fun pool with 2 slides for little ones. I'd say for ages 10 and under. Deepest it gets is 3 foot. Also a nice hot tub for adults and older children. Was a little crazy on Saturday night. Dark and noisy. We understand the noisy (any indoor Waterpark is) but maybe better lighting would make things safer. Was much better in the morning when the sun was coming in the large windows. Employee sat outside the pool door checking wristbands on Saturday night. Maybe they could sit on the inside to help a little with supervision. The usual children walking up the slides, parents on phones not watching children - but this is anywhere. Overall a great hotel and we will use again if in the area! Was great for our children ages 7 and 3! When looking for a hotel with slide options in Omaha you have like 2 choices 🤦‍♀ so we appreciated this hotel!!
