Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Omaha - Elkhorn, an IHG Hotel

Hotel staff was outstanding and the facilities were just as great. Room was available before listed check in time, clean property all the way around, great breakfast and every staff member was very gracious and helpful. Stayed with a hockey team for a tournament and staff was so accommodating and property had perfect common areas for gathering our families. Nice restaurant next door was also a big bonus. Will absolutely stay here again when in the area.

The staff is fantastic! I called to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight and they had everything ready. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. This is my second time here, and I will stay here again.

An incredible hotel with affordable rates! Spotless, modern and very nice! They were even able to accommodate a 3+ hour early check-in for me! Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk! The only drawback - the toilet paper roll was installed backwards (OVER, not under!) 🤣😂🤣 kidding!

Very nice hotel! Reasonably priced for the quality of convenience and amenities. Their breakfast was very good and they have a great variety to choose from.

Only down fall was we had to run the hot water for the shower for 10-15 minutes before it was hot. Would have been nice to know that up front. So just a heads up to anyone reading this.

From the second we walked in the door, we were impressed. We had a late cgeck-in at about 830pm and had to be up and gone by 530am so didn't get too much time to relax but what short time we were there was fantastic. Whitney was so friendly and personable at check-in that it stood out...she was that sweet. The hotel is beautiful. Extremely clean, the king room was well-appointed with fridge, keurig coffee, microwave, tons of outlets, USB ports, great lighting, Watkins and Dove toiletries...and the bed/bedding and pillows...oh my! Like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely be back when can stay longer, relax, and try breakfast etc.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We had to stay here for a long period of time due to delay in closing of our home. Everyone from the housekeeping, to front desk and managers were warm and friendly, always asking if we needed anything. The rooms are clean and modern, my toddler enjoyed the pool and we also enjoyed the patio area to sit and visit when it was cooler at night. Thank you, thank you to everyone at this location that made a less than ideal situation easier on us. We appreciate you all.

Can't say enough about how helpful the staff was in planning for a family wedding with out of town guests. They accommodated many requests that made the stay enjoyable and convenient for our guests. I never felt like I was imposing on them to help distribute hotel gift bags to guests, bring in a recliner chair to host a broken shoulder or accommodate special needs for room reservations. Appreciate all the help we received!!

Excellent! Extremely clean, breakfast was delicious and the beds are so comfortable. Great hotel for sports teams playing at UBT especially with the pool and large conference room. Parents also love being next to DJs Dugout Sports Bar, maybe a little too much!

Seriously one of the BEST hotels we've stayed in in a long time! Beds were the MOST comfortable and they actually had hot breakfast again! This visit has made me want to ensure we book Holiday Inn Express rooms for our future travel! Every employee was friendly and accomodating!

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. I would like the manager to acknowledge the staff from 5pm on 8/26/21 until the next morning on 8/27/21 as they were very friendly, every time I came down to go outside they were all very busy cleaning and courteous, ensuring I didn't need anything. I recommend this motel to anyone.

Great service and the rooms are super clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! Close to food and shopping. Morning brekfast is what it is for covid. Coffee was delicious. The pool is heated but not to warm where you don't want to swim. I will stay here again.

I stayed during the same weekend that they didn't have hot water but the staff bent over backwards to try to make it work. Anyone who did complain, the staff tried to work with to make it right. There were a lot of rude out of town people who were trying to give the staff a hard time and the staff did their best to be professional. They did have a sign when we checked in that they didn't have hot water. Also, trying to stay 3 nights and using the hot water excuse to get comps is lame. If it bothered people that much, there are plenty of places people can stay in the area.

Fantastic hotel!! The rooms were spacious, and very clean. The staff, especially the GM Jonathan, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Next time I'm in Omaha I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. Quiet hotel at night with great complimentary breakfast. Super yummy cinnamon rolls. Amanda at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Will be back for sure!

Less than a year old, well situated in northwest Omaha/Elkhorn. A bit off the main road but it's quieter that way. Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff checking in and out. Spacious deck and breakfast areas, pool was open, breakfast was grab and go, but it's COVID steps. Beds and pillows were comfy. Strip mall next door has a few bars, eating places and Scooter's coffee. Decent rates, too. Will be there again in the future.
