Delicious, excellently prepared, heartwarming and homely Indian food. Would definitely recommend the Stuffed Pomfret, Mutton Sukkha, Dosas, Chilli Chicken to name a few. Taste is authentic, phenomenal and flavorful, never disappoints. Staff is warm and friendly and service is quick. Prices are reasonable too. Love the place!

The food was amazing! We ordered kareemeen $20 completely worth it. In addition, we ordered parotta which is freshly made( highly recommend) with chicken chettinad, dindigul biryani. The food in general had so much flavor. The service was really good as well, very thoughtful and understood every order really well. Would definitely come back!!

Authentic South Indian food! Fish fry(pomfret) and Mysore masala dosa was so delicious. This was our 2nd time here and the food didn’t disappoint :) Will definitely be coming back!

One of the best Indian restaurant in this area. Food was so comforting. Everything we ordered was super delicious. Must try their mendu Vada, dosa and Biryani. Staff and service was excellent. Highly recommended! 💯

Incredible. Wonderfully balanced. Sensational flavors. Ask for the chicken Chettinad with the bone and the Malabar Paratha. Pair it with A Rose. You will not regret it. Simply irresistible!!!

I love to eat food from this place. Good staff good service . Biryani and gobi manchurian are amazingly tasty here. Tried tea for the first time which was better than other places. I always prefer tea with samosa and samosa at manjal were exactly the taste i was looking for. It was a place for carry out initially but they have done a seating arrangement as well which is great. Polite owner. Price us reasonable. Worth trying.

Fourth trip in a little over a month. That should say it all ! . Best dosas and the onion fritters are to die for if they have this quality in heaven. This place is a gem ))) Bring your Pouiily Fuisse to enjoy the fritters even more . Cheers 🥂

I was searching for an indian restaurant in the area (thro Google maps) and found this one . The name manjal - made sure it’s a South Indian restaurant. I’m from south India too and wanted to try this place out . They had parking at the back and lots of tables to sit and eat ..

The dosa was crispy with the right amount of spices in the potato stuffing. Utthapam was also equally good. Highly recommended if you want South Indian food in the area.

The chef come owner mr . Sivaraman the chef tanoori and curry very excellent taste. Good price. The restaurant very com and nice place. They are doing catering excellent .

Came across this restaurant by chance while traveling. By far this is one of the most authentic & tasty South Indian style cuisine i've come across on the East Coast!

FOOD: Tried Chicken 45 appetizer, but I'd suggest simply skip to entrees- Fish Molee & Chicken Chettinaad.. the yummiest curries you'll ever have! Our host recommended Malabar Paratha to have with chicken chettinaad, which was just perfection!!

SERVICE: It was a Sunday dinner, so we had a quick service & our host was friendly & welcoming.

AMBIENCE: Good with light Indian music in the background.

Food was amazing! Customer service is tremendous and very helpful. Went out for my birthday as a treat from my family and I’m glad to the say food is amazing and also the customer service was excellent. My mom barely eats outside food other than her homemade cooked food but she also loved it! As being South Asian we love our spicy food and can’t complain the spice was just right!

Wow so tasty food ... and best South Indian food in Bergen county... chutney awesome....
Don’t forget to try Dessert “ Mango Malai”😋😋😋😋

The food tasted good. Goat briyani, rasam , Thalapakattu mutton briyani, poori potato are my favorites. My husband and myself are a fan of their sambar and sambar rice.
