The Bronx D🤍CS located on Westchester Avenue: Staff members; Amber, Maria, Renai, Deanna, & Shantae have been all phenomenal! During my encounter, I was provided with high quality of care, effective communication, compassion and exceptional service. I was greeted and welcomed which made the process at ease from the start of the visit, check in until check out. At Check out, I was well informed about the discharge summary as per my request, my questions were answered, and it was clear and precise. Paper work was organized and given in an envelope before departure. Thank you all for your genuine support and kindness.

Bronx Docs is such a great clinic. They have everything and most importantly such amazing people as staff. Everyone is kind and patient. Doctors and nurses explain e eh thing to you. Shoutout to Nurse Shaquanna! I did not feel anything when she was doing my blood work! Amazing hands and very nice!

Where do I begin!! I had my first visit here with NP chenille Bennet she is super sweet, attentive and very thorough I can't recommend her enough! The best they have on the assisting staff is hands down Stephanie. I walked in to see about getting a pcp and she helped me through the process of getting my chart set up and getting an appointment scheduled. She was also who checked me out after my visit. She is very knowledgeable about her job and not to mention extremely nice and very caring. I really felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Don't let go of that one!!

I started going here for Dental services and then decided to switch my PCP to the same facility. Stephanie at Check in/Check out assisted me with setting up an appointment and was patient. All of the staff are great but if you have the chance to work with Stephanie, you will be well taken care of.

Look forward to continuing my healthcare at this Facility!

I'm still kind of new to this facility but I am a patient on the specialty side of the clinic. The receptionists Franjy and Stefanie are so kind and knowledgeable about the different things you guys offer there. I had to sit for a while for an appointment with a tech recently and watched in awe as they seamlessly handled the worst characters 149th has to offer and they treated them with kindness and respect in return. I hope you guys know how valuable it is to have employees like them. They treat each and every patient like theyve been friends for years. From lending an ear when someone was crying after an appointment to reminding patients to stay hydrated and to stop for water on the way out, I havent seen such dedication to a job like that in any clinic. They really care and it shows. I definitely leave with a smile on my face after conversating with these two ladies after im checked out EVERY TIME! I will be telling everyone i know to get there medical services taken care of at this place.

I've been going here for over 2 years. Everyone is super nice and helpful, they even make the effort to speak Spanish or English even if their not Fluent. I'm great full to the support of the staff and the doctors are also helpful and supportive. I will continue coming here to because this building has many services.

Wendy Perry was excellent! Knowledgeable compassionate caring thorough patient. She was filling in for one of my personal favorites here Dr. Haque! Dr. Haque East (149th location) is also just as respectful of clients and compassionate in his style of care. He really puts the work in and takes people’s care seriously! The office can get very busy and there is a mix of staff with attitudes consistently ranging from positive and excellent to embarrassing to me as a human being but today they definitely had the right ones working the checkin and checkout.

I'm giving this survey for Chartari Williams. She's was very professional and knowledgeable in her position. Chartari also exhibited patience and kindness.

Suzette was a pleasure and helped with my follow ups an made me feel at ease.
Dr. Wendy Perry is thorough and made feel like part of a team .
All in all Dr Perry is by far the best primary a patient should have .

Chantay (sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name) at the Westchester Avenue location is the absolute GOAT! Helped me get an immediate ultrasound as well as expedited my needed appointments. A true professional.

I called for an appointment to get the Covid Vaccine. I received a next day appointment. I won't lie, it was quite a few people there ahead of me to get the shot so the wait was a few hours. Overall though it was worth the wait. I received the Vaccine. The staff there is so pleasant and helpful. I don't know what might have happened with the person that claimed to have had a bad experience. I've been a patient here for many many year. I remember the old staff and I've become familiar with the new staff and they are all wonderful people. One member (Tyrone) in particular is just a sweetheart. Big shout out to the Heroes at Bronx Doc 149 Street. They are the Best.

as soon as I got to bronx docs they called me fast..everyone was kind and caring..my new primary Dr Hac made me feel I was in good hands. and the medical assistant Destiny is caring and patient and was very specific and took the time needed to get me all my appointments and going above and beyond her duties explaining everything in detail..this is a great clinic!!!

I went to this dental office for the first time and I liked the service a week later I returned to have two teeth surgically removed and I was treated by a very sweet and respectful young female dentist from Iran and I was very surprised at her speed and no pain and the service of the staff that work there was incredible, since that day I already have new dentists and I recommend this clinic 100%, thanks to everyone who works in that office...

Since I had Dr Haque as my Doctor I have been so guppy and satisfied he have help me to achieve to better health he takes a lot of time a d patience with me also Dipti she is also very patient and pleasant always helpful I truly appreciate them both

I had my first appointment here today. It was nice and clean, everyone was very nice. The dentist herself was very nice as well. This will be my new dental place to go to.

Bronx docs is the best. The people there are well trained, professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I like to personal thank Ms Yvett Valentin, who is always helpful and patient. She helps me with all of my appointments, letters, etc. She is very knowledgeable of her job and does it with excellence, and patience. Thank you very much Ms Yvett Valentin.
