Shout out to Brandon. Very nice and professional. I have 0 knowledge about glasses and now my special needs daughter needs them for her astigmatism. He explain my insurance plan and what it covered, he had patients with all of my questions. Was pleasure to work with him.

The Optical Center is a great option for your eye care needs! The doctors are awesome and the front desk staff, especially Rebecca VanHaste, are incredibly helpful. After your visit with the physician, their eyeglass department is first class and conveniently located a few steps away! The Optical Center certainly has my vote!

I've been taking my daughters here for years, and we've always been so pleased with the service, selection, and quality of glasses. They have great hours. Within a minute of walking in, someone always approaches me and offers help, then steps back and lets us pick out what we like. They work with you if you're on a budget, never push you to buy more expensive frames, and they know insurance benefits well and apply them without being reminded. They do a great job fitting, and if they have to order lenses, they always make the glasses quickly. My daughter's opthamalogist always comments that her glasses fit her well when we go in for our yearly.

Wonderful experience. Jon Polak was a delight to work with. He fitted me with a great pair of ray bands. Make sure to ask for his help when picking out your glasses.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rebecca especially was helpful in recommending contact lenses that she thought I would like. She ordered the contacts and I got them very quickly!!

I have purchased eyewear here for years. Today I brought in a pair of prescription sunglasses not purchased here, but the frame was broken beyond repair. Alex and manager John helped me by finding the perfect size frames at a very affordable price to put my still good lenses into-voila-perfect! It took them time to go through their stored frames, and they were so patient with my request. I'm very appreciative to them for their dedication to their clients.

Excellent experience. There is such a wide selection of designer glasses to choose from. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful with picking out the perfect glasses. They were able to make them quickly and made sure they were comfortable and fit perfectly. I will definitely be returning.

I was very happy with my eye exam - my previous prescription was too strong and the doctor sorted that out. It made a big difference. This was also my very best experience picking out glasses. The sales lady was incredibly knowledgable and quickly figured out my taste - she made many helpful suggestions and thanks to her I ended up with really great looking frames. Also, my glasses were done in only 2 days! This is my first pair of progressive lenses and I am just thrilled with them. My entire experience with The Optical and Hearing Center was delightful and I can't wait to go back. They performed far beyond my expectations.

The eye doctor was friendly and had a calming presence, it was a few months ago I saw him. I bought my glasses there as well. The girls who've helped me have both been professional, warm and kind.

I have been going here for years now. And I love the pepole. Barbara was very helpful with my patients and helped me out a lot on picking frames. I don’t see why there’s so much hate on the comments. If you don’t like it go somewhere else. Not that hard. But still my go to wish you guys were closer. But can’t complain great work. And the eye doctor is very nice not a awkward creepy guy like most places.

I have been going to The Optical Center for eye exams and to purchase my glasses for over 15 years. All of the staff are super helpful, and take the time to answer all my questions. They also have a huge selection of quality glasses.

Friendly staff and very informative doctor's. They don't take my Amerihealth Insurance but accept CC's and full regular exam is only $79.

Wife and I got new glasses and contacts, all went well and no complaints from either of us
