It was like first time for my family to go out for sushi. I went to this place when a colleague recommended me. Well i must say fish was fresh. I ordered pepper Tuna and it was good I could taste a fresh tuna. Sushi and soups were really good. They don't take time rather they were quite fast in getting the orders ready. My suggestion is amazing food. Ambience is normal nothing great about it. My suggestion will be to have an authentic Japanese setup which is next to impossible ☹.

This place is the best sushi place I have been to so far. It gave me a new perspective on raw seafood. All the dishes were delicious, and at the same time, its creativity opened my eyes. This place made me set a high standard for sushi. The chef and staffs were friendly and nice with good service. I'll definitely introduce this place to my sushi friends.

this was my first time coming here and i was very impressed by the quality of the food. great ambiance and the sushi was fresh. i really enjoyed the shrimp stir fried udon, dancing tuna roll and the yellowtail jalapeño. i would highly recommend this place if you are in the wayne area.

Been coming here a very long time, it’s the best tasting sushi around! So many delicious rolls to choose from and every one is unique and fresh! Never had a bad experience in twenty five years. Annie takes pride in selecting the best and freshest fish for her restaurant, great job Annie!

It’s been so long since we’ve been here and I sincerely missed it! The food and service were great! Don’t sleep in this place ((and get the dynamite roll))!

This place is wonderful and their sushi is amazing! Recently we tried the appetizer call Happy King Crab and its delicious!

Best sushi I’ve ever had, hands down

Best sushi in 50 miles. Friendly, fresh great chef, owner a delight and I defy you to find a better quantity and quality. We couldn't finish the boat which is easily finish elsewhere. Fish quality is outstanding.

Loved it! We wandered in bases upon a Google search when we found the restaurant we planned to eat at was closed. Best discovery ever! The staff was so kind, attentive, and helpful. The waitress helped my family select sushi based upon their preferences. The two waitresses even kindly brought my son dessert with a lit candle and sang him happy birthday without our asking when they heard it was his birthday. We will definitely go back!

Loved my experience at Taka! During my visit, I could really tell that the owner really cares about this restaurant and that the sushi chefs and waiting staff all put their best effort into the great dining experience. The head sushi chef was very friendly, knowledgeable and creative in making each sushi dish (especially if you decide to sit at the sushi bar) and the waiting staff are very attentive and efficient. Great quality, fresh sushi, clean restaurant, hardworking people and amazing management and ownership. Definitely will visit again the next time I have the chance.

This restaurant is by far the best sushi experience I've ever had due to the chef's enthusiastic personality and skills.The head chef has 20 years of experience making sushi, which can be displayed in the presentation of the food. The service was very fast, the waitress was very friendly and she was kind. She came by often asking if the food was great and poured tea for us. Overall, I would rate the experience a 5/5 and would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic sushi diner experince at its finest.

I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the waitress and was seated very quickly. I had a party of 4 so we sat at the booths. There was a wide variety of options to choose from which is great because that means there is something for everyone; sushi lovers or not. When ordering, the waitress was helping me pick out which rolls to get because I don't enjoy eating raw sushi. She suggested the dancing shrimp roll, and the snow white roll. I also got the chicken teriyaki. We got complimentary cucumber salad and fruits. All of which were immaculate. I will definitely be returning soon.

One of the greater sushi restaurants in an area with an overabundance of sushi restaurants. Good quality food at a very reasonable price. The restaurant has a good Japanese ambiance and is very nice. The spicy kani salad is fantastic, as are all the rolls. I usually go for the lunch specials which give a ton of food for a low price.

Taka is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. Their sushi tastes really fresh and is very flavorful. They also have excellent staff. I've been going to Taka for over 15 years and always have a great experience every time.

I came here a few months ago and forgot to write a review but the service was great! Very nice polite staff working here. The sushi was amazing the taste was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back.

Great place. Work in the area and been going here for years. Sushi is fresh and portions are well sized. Good prices on lunch specials and what you would expect on the rest of the menu. Best spicy tuna I've found....and trust me I've tried it all in and around Wayne.

Best Sushi in Wayne! I love the staff and service they provide. The sushi is always fresh and they have the spicy tuna/salmon rolls around. It’s also BYOB so bring your favorite saki, beer, or wine. I recommend the hot mamma, double spicy tuna, tuna lover, Taka and salmon lover rolls. Enjoy!!!

This place is amazing! One of the best sushi and rolls we’ve ever eaten! (And we eat sushi pretty much every day). I would give them 10 stars out of 5
