Had a wonderful experience at Incognito. Alex N. was amazing at explaining the suits, fabrics, and getting all the items my fiancé wanted to create the perfect look for our wedding day. I really recommend shopping here!! I love to support local businesses. I was shocked that they offer great prices, cheaper than the bigger name tux rental stores. Their customer service, knowledge, and prices beat anywhere else!

Alex Nicklaw is the guy to see at Incognito for low pressure, high knowledge, honest advice for your next quality men’s wear purchase. From my wedding suits for me and my crew to my most recent acquisition of a sport coat for an important business meeting/dinner it is the only place I go to for quality at competitive prices. The jacket I chose ended up being one that was already tailored for someone exactly my size and Alex brought it up for me to view and try on and the fit was perfect, expert service, second to none. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere, you can thank me later.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the employees. I worked mostly with Sapphire. I explained to her her , what I was looking for. She was very accommodating. From the time I entered, til the time I left she was Fanomanal. Also Sam the seamstress went out of her way. Alex was good, and had inputs on what I was looking for. So to all three of of your employees went above and beyond. I was very impressed.

Incognito was able to get my groom and son customized suits. My son was measured only two months before the wedding and we found out 3 days before the wedding that he had a growth spurt and the suit didn't fit anymore! Incognito was able to get him all set in time for the wedding anyway! On top of the great service, they both looked absolutely amazing!

Alex and the entire team at Incognito were amazing in helping my groomsmen and I through the whole process from our initial consultation to the final fitting! I have driven past this place many thousand times. My youngest son needed a suit for this junior prom. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was impressed. The cost was reasonable. And I will be returning again, without a doubt.

The professionalism and customer service are wonderful. Sapphire took great care of us last minute before the store closed when we realized my son outgrew his suit before a funeral. No hard sell, listened to her customers needs, put him in a suit he loved and even had it hemmed that same evening all within an hour of closing time. They did a nice job on our wedding a few years ago and my son's prom last year as well.

Super cool place - we've walked past it for years, and suddenly my dog got invited inside! Dog-friendly! Pro-tip: Just walk in, see what Alex is wearing, and just buy that in your size. Seriously.

A lot can be said in this review but Incognito was amazing for my wedding. My suit looked great and when complications came up they were more than happy and quick to resolve them with my wife and I. Highly recommend!!!

I went in to rent a tuxedo for an event only 2 days away. I was helped by Alex Nicklaw who couldn't have been more welcoming, positive, helpful, and enthusiastic. He worked with me until I had exactly what I wanted and was cheerful and encouraging through the whole process -- even as he ran up and down stairs getting different pieces for me to try on. It was such a pleasure being helped by someone who was an expert at their job and truly enjoyed helping others. I will absolutely go back to Incognito again, recommend them to others, and I would specifically seek out Alex for his expertise and great nature!

I not only rented my wedding Tux from Incognito but have been in 4 different weddings that have used them as well. I have never had an issue but the entire staff has always been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Even through short staffing and insane volume, they have always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I would recommend their services to my closest friends and family.

Incognito in a whole is a huge local help I just recently got married and we went through them sapphire is the woman you Wana work with and no one else she is the best we were working with someone else a older gentleman and it started going down hill from there , but sapphire saved the day and made sure everyone was fitted , ordered and picked up before the wedding I cannot thank her enough
