I have worked with Anthony many years. He is terrific. One experience sums his ability for me. He was appealing an application with NYC, when they called him late on a Friday afternoon, with an offer. The offer was not what the appeal had asked for, but the call made the offer sound like it was. If Anthony was not on his game, and accepted the offer the city made I would not have the license I applied for. I am very happy I had Anthony handle my appeal.

I came to Anthony Verrelli with a huge challenge, the details of which I won't go into in public. But it was complicated and felt totally impossible. I felt like I was going to lose in a terrible way and be financially crippled on top of it. My adversary was like a pitbull (no offense to adorable pittbulls) and was NOT going to let go. The negotiations dragged on and on. I was terrified when I called Anthony. I was a very tiny David up against a Goliath who was, frankly, irrational. I was definitely technically in the wrong, but also in no position to fork over a pile of make it right cash and make it go away. Life circumstances had beat me pretty far down and then, in the middle of this lawsuit, the pandemic started and raged on. And my ability to pay off my adversary reached a level that was so low it had me panic. But Anthony hung in there. REALLY hung in there. Bankruptcy was not an option for me. And he negotiated a solution that was truly miraculous. I can keep a roof over my head and groceries in my fridge because Anthony saved my life. I'm not kidding. Is someone after you for your livelihood because you made a terrible - however understandable - mistake? Don't go into that dark cave alone. Call Anthony.

I worked with Anthony Verrelli & Associates on two occasions: 1) for the sale of my co-op in Brooklyn, followed by 2) a purchase of a brownstone in Brooklyn. He and his team were highly responsive and took me through each step of the way, up to both of my close dates! I was a first-time seller and the sale of my co-op that was in a landmark building presented some complexities which Mr. Verrelli help explain and worked tirelessly on my behalf. As for the brownstone, he was very aware that it was my life savings for my long-term home so he and his team helped me get through the purchase smoothly, including advice on getting the right inspectors, etc. All of the associates are professional, courteous, and always had time for me and my questions.
