Daffodil Storage

Been renting from here for over 2 years now. It's clean and quiet. They have convenient business hours. I've accidentally left something outside my unit and I was called by the office staff to let me know. I've moved between units a couple times and it's always been an easy transition. The property manager is wonderful and pleasant to work with.

Fast, easy, clean, affordable and secure. Can't ask for anything more. From the online check-in to the amazing staff. I would recommend to everyone that I know to use Daffodil storage.

Excellent customer service as we transferred from a large storage unit to a small one. The ladies in the office were responsive and very helpful in getting all the documents in order.

Shari and Tanya are awesome!!! It was a great experience and they were super helpful and literally came running when I needed help. Can't go wrong here!

Check-in was a breeze and the entire process was very smooth. The only hiccup was I couldn't complete the check-in until the day of, but other than that, it was great!

Clean facilities, office staff extremely nice and helpful.
One night I had a family emergency and had to rush out of my unit leaving the lock off. The next morning they had put a temporary device on my unit for me. I have moved to Renton now and have kept my unit with these guys in Fife because they are just real genuine people and I know my belongings are safe. Highly recommend

Good location, out of the high traffic areas; easy to get too. Really good customer service, and very competitive pricing. Securing a storage unit was an easy and enjoyable experience. The counter person, Sherri, was extremely helpful and acccomodating. I am glad I choose this facility, and will recommend it to other family and friends.

I have used Daffodil Storage since it was Freedom storage (about 4 years now) and we have loved the service and security. We just rented a second unit because we trust and like them so much. Keep up the good work!

Everyone we've worked with Freedom Storage and their partnering locations has been extremely friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and make you feel like family. I used the free truck and the process was simple and pleasant. No hidden fees, just honest, good people; I couldn't ask more from someone storing our belongings while in between moves.

I am still renting a unit and I love the friendly polite attitude even if you forget, as I have once.

Public Storage people and company are not kind, very rude and Never refund 28days of storage I never used. Just plain thieves. Trust me spend a couple of bucks more and do not use Public Storage.

I love my "neighborhood" storage facility. Rates are very reasonable and although 24/7 access is always available, posted hours are good for when I need to see someone in person - and Delores has been especially helpful. I like the fact that my unit is climate controlled and very secure.

The person who set up a new storage unit was great. We were on a waiting list for a larger unit and as soon as one became available we were contacted and move in process was great. great customer service.

Good and friendly staff. They were very helpful in showing us around the place. Very clear and reasonable pricing structure. Packing materials and other items for sale in the office. Location very secure. Will recommend to friends and family.

The attendant is knowledgeable of the position , effective , efficient , patient ,& cheerful . The facility is clean & well maintained
