Dental Wellness of Albany

My previous dentist retired abruptly and it turned out to be the best thing for me. Wonderful , welcoming practice with friendly staff, extensive first-visit protocols, and great, thorough cleaning. I had Lauren as hygienist and Dr. Herzog as my dentist. Both were fantastic. Kathy and Taylor at the front desk were super nice as well.

I’ve been receiving my dental services at this practice since the mid eighties and wouldn’t think of changing. The comfort and security of having continuity with one’s dental care is priceless. I’m very grateful to be able to depend on providers who offer quality services and take the time to communicate the details of necessary services and procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Trisha and Dr. Herzog for any dental services one may need.

Dr. Herzog is the best dentist I’ve ever met. He is an excellent communicator and is very conscientious of a patients concerns. The office is lovely, and all of the staff and hygienists I’ve met have been so kind. I’m so grateful to have found this practice!

Dr. Primomo was excellent. Thorough, professional, modern equipment and practices. Kathy the hygienist was kind, thorough, and had a wonderful calm manner. The front desk staff were friendly, customer service oriented, and made me feel welcome and valued.

I drive from Saratoga to Dental Wellness of Albany office because the care I receive from Dr Herzog as well as all supporting staff is excellent. My prior experience in other dental offices was disappointing, however that changed when I began coming to Dental Wellness of Albany starting May of 2022. At every stage of my visit time was taken to make sure I was comfortable and my questions were answered fully. I highly recommend this dental office.

Wonderful, as always! My hygienist Megan did a thorough cleaning on my teeth. They were beautiful! She answers all my questions carefully and lets me know what she's doing as she goes. Dr. Herzog is a terrific dentist with a great sense of humor. I know I am in expert hands!

Lauren was super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Herzog always goes above and beyond, looking deeper than just dental health. He’s able to put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

Unfortunately today was my last visit. I am moving out of state, but I will really miss the dentists and staff. Over the 20+ years I have been their patient, they have been awesome. They are kind,friendly, and professional. In all of my 76 years, I have never had a better group to work with. I will miss them!

Dr Trisha and her team are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, and skillful. It truly was a painless experience.

Excellent Dentists. I’ve been going here for years. Doctor Herzog graduated from one of the best programs in the country. He has continually sought advanced training beyond general dentistry. He has taught dentists internationally.

He is also a regular volunteer with local nonprofits.

Technician and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Appreciate that everything was explained and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Herzog came off a bit much with a few invasive questions regarding care. Overall, very grateful to establish care and feel my teeth and records are in good hands! Recommend to anyone.

As always, Dr. Herzog and his staff were professional, courteous, friendly and thoughtful. It's nice to not really have to worry about going to the the dentist. They always manage the make the experience as comfortable and trouble free as possible.
So glad to have found them years ago and glad to know they'll be here going forward.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Herzog for the last 16 years. I always know that I will be treated with respect and will be provided with quality care. I trust Dr. Herzog implicitly and know that he will only do dental work that absolutely needs to be done. He is very kind, gentle and if you’re lucky, you’ll get a great fishing story out of him!

Dr. Herzog is ALWAYS amazing: kind, knowledgeable. Meaghan, my hygienist today, was absolutely fantastic. She cleaned my teeth with no pain and was very pleasant to be with. The minute I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. I felt safe, confident and well cared for by the entire staff. Dr Herzog did an amazing job that took fear out of major dental work and I went home without any pain after an extraction. He is fabulous!
