Center for Vein Restoration | Highbridge, NY | Dr. Kristine Cruz

I visited the Bronx (Grand Concourse) building today & I most say it was an welcoming experience for me. I was a little scared but the warmness I've Received from the staff was wonderful. The receptionist is very aware, knows what she supposed to do, it's like she's waiting for your arrival (very important to me) to handle your paperwork, ect & I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The technician, nurse, and meeting Dr. Cruz made things more comforting & relaxing for me. The tech was very gentle, patient & a really kind lady, the nurse was also a very kind lady & Dr. Cruz talked with me, she explained everything to me & gave me all the time I need to answer all my questions & concerns. I didn't feel rushed, the office is filled with enough rooms for everyone to have their time. I was very satisfied with the outcome & their services.

Everyone is very friendly. Take their time to explain and make you feel safe Dr. Cruz has wonderful hands you really don't feel a thing

I visited this office a few weeks ago and the Energy was just fantastic, I was relieved to finally find a great office in the bronx, the girls at the front were so nice and warm and when I arrived on time they called me right away!!! I was a little scared to be scanned but the tech was so professional although he was a male. Dr Cruz has been so far the nicest of the best!! I didn't need any procedures but the overall experience was fantastic Top service!! I also recommended my friend to come and visit!!

Very professional, courteous, efficient and caring staff.they're forthcoming and ask as many questions as possible. From the tech up to the doctor. Without doubt, a very pleasant experience.

First time at the Center For Veins. I got there 30mins before my actual appointment, I thought I would have to wait for at least 15min to be called for registration but I got called immediately to get the procedure done.

They answered all my questions and explained my results. I have no complaints about this clinic.
