Went to get some last minute flowers for Mother’s Day and the quality of there flowers and service was great

Flowers by Frankie is an excellent service. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for the unfortunate passing of my Grandmother and they delivered both bouquets on time and exactly how they look on their website. I got a confirmation notification that the flowers were delivered two days after for both bouquets so they can be better in that area. Overall Flowers by Frankie is a great business and highly recommended for customers who are looking for highly quality flowers, fair pricing and amazing service.

We ordered these from teleflora and they use their flowershop. My experience was excellent, the arrangement looks exactly like the one on the website. No complaints from our end.

So I never write many reviews but when it is necessary. I can not say enough positive things about Cathy at this flower shop and the service they provided. I trusted her creativity for someone specials funeral flowers and she not only came through but also sent me a photo before delivery. I recommend this place and Cathy’s expertises.

Flowers were delivered on time and were lovely. Much larger than I expected. The price was reasonable compared to the same arrangement at other florists.

The flowers were delivered to my parents' grave for my mom's one year. A picture was texted as requested. Beautiful flowers and everything ran smoothly.

Flowers by Frankie prepared an absolutely outstanding "broken heart" arrangement for my sister-in-law's funeral. I have a picture of it and will never forget the amazing job they did. Great customer service and outstanding work! Thank you!

I ordered a lily plant for a funeral. The product looked great, pricing was reasonable and they do not have a delivery fee. Other florists I looked at all added significant fees when checking out, which I absolutely despise. The card was handwritten. Not the best penmanship, but it is a nicer touch to see human beings participate in the process.

We made an order for an arrangement for a funeral, and it was well constructed. The arrangement arrived on time before the viewing, The selection of flowers was wonderful and full of life. This is a company that I highly recommend to assist with your floral needs.

Excellent customer service...I had an incorrect address and she actually called the destination to make sure when and where delivery should be.

The only place I use to send my significant other flowers, this place has switched owners in the past but the service and merchandise has stayed A+
