Bronx School Board District 8

Good afternoon all,
I have submitted a formal complaint with the principal from Mott Hall community school located at 650 Hollywood avenue in the Bronx during school year 2022/2023
Complaint on reference racial comments or descrimination or descriminatory words and until this day I have not heard anything or a word from such complaint,I have received numerous calls from administrators from the same school when it comes about my daughters behavior but never have a call from the people I’ve have submitted the complaint with,
Unfortunately my daughter have to keep attending her education at the same school & with the same staff who made racial comments tours her & her skin color,I have meet up with other administrators & still not a single word about the teacher who made those racial comments
I’ve have sended emails to the superintendents office but still no answer of my emails nor response,the investigation of curse don’t know what was the outcome of it,then again calls left & right when it’s about behavior issues,
Just wondering,besides my daughter what other child goes through the same issue as my family without any results from complaints submitted,tried contacting doe but they did directed me to contact OSI,of curse I knew what was going to be the answer once they took my daughter id#,hopefully someone out there read this lines & pay mind to what our kids go through during an educational day on our so called public education!!
