Always creative, kind and expedient. They know how to design for all occasions. I had a difficult order and the owner personally called me to inform me that certain flowers were not available. However, she took the time to talk me through different options and the end results were better than my original view. It made me feel like my order was just as important as someone who was ordering high end flowers. I was on a budget and she made my occasion look high end on my budget. I went to other flower shops around where I live and none of them made me feel as welcomed as Rose petal Floral Designs. It’s a shame that I saw a couple of unflattering reviews, as I’m sure they would have made it their personal mission to rectify the situation as they did with me. Highly recommend.

Rose Petal created the most beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding. Maryann helped to guide me to pick the right flowers to create the vision I had in my head. Juan created the centerpieces on spot, which were absolutely stunning and helpful to see. They were very affordable and always available if I had a question. The guest all requested if they could take a centerpiece home because they were such eye candy. Will definitely return to do business in the future!

Walked into Rose Petal and had a Great experience Along with being helped with putting together a centerpiece I had in mind . Maryanna, Elsa & Juan put together a centerpiece right in front of me so it was easier to picture. Not pushy what so ever and amazing quality. They kept checking up on me and what I was thinking and if I still had the same idea in mind to make sure their job was 100% perfect. They’re very detailed and super clean and easy to work with. I recommend this florist 100%

This place deserves 10 stars. We hired this florist for my best friend’s bridal shower at the recommendation of the bakery we were using. We were beyond satisfied. She literally took so much time to make sure every detail was perfect and made it so that l we did not have to set up barely anything. We won’t be using any other florist from now on!

I ordered a small, flowering potted plant for delivery to my best friend and her family after the death of her father. I received a phone call shortly after placing the order that the item I ordered was not available. The kind gentleman on the other end of the phone offered another plant in its place. This was delivered almost immediately. What arrived was a much larger, stunning fiddle leaf ficus! I could not afford such a beautiful plant, but Lovingly didn't charge me extra. Everyone was happy with this plant. Thank you so very much for service and quality that went above and beyond my expectations.

I needed to send flowers to a very special person but since I reside in California it was going to be difficult to arrange that, being that the flowers had to be delivered in NY and I had already called dozens of other florists, thats when Maryana came to my rescue and pretty much told me "say less" and proceeded to help me with my request by hand picking and constructing the most beautiful set of flowers and delivering them to her house with no hesitation. She was beyond understanding and went beyond my expectations with her customer service and determination to make me happy, I cant thank her enough for helping me out on such short notice. Elsa the owner and Juan are great at arrangements they are truly the BEST there is in this business. They makes the most beautiful arrangements. When my father in law died last April, I called Elsa for the flowers I didn't even give her much time to do a whole lot of (13-15 pieces) and everything was done on time and arranged BEAUTIFULLY !! Best quality flowers around the north Bronx and Morris park area. The florists are very knowledgeable for personal bouquets and event pieces. They work with you all the way through and make sure you get exactly what you want or better.
