I have been in there very much peaceful. Staffs are nice very clean only problem I had was after they changed the time schedule of there is a book in particular they will order it and have it ready and when extending the time of the book your currently reading I love that so you can finish it up. Different staffs each day.

I have lived in this area for about 10 years and this is my go to library for both me and my son. I love the space, the historical structure of the building, the service is decent but nothing beats the ability to sit in an environment that motivates educational habits. Love this place.

Nice quiet just don't like the fact they changed the timing from 7pm to 6pm closing time. And 4pm on Saturdays. But other than that different staffs there they good no issues at all. Very respectful all staffs are not the same people every single day.

Haven't been to a library in over 10 years went today to this location, and I LOVED IT! Staff so nice and helpful. Got some work done and some peace!

I love that they constantly have new books and it's cool and relaxing and it's closer to where I live if it was bigger and the staff was less rude it would be better but I like it

Closed on Certain sundays during the fall and winter seasons, Thanksgiving and Xmas as well as other federal holidays. If Xmas is on the weekend, then Fri Sat Sun, or Sat, sun, Mon. Most libraries controlled by NYPL are similar.

Comprehensive review:

This library, you need an ID to use the restroom. It cant be anything other than Nys or NJ or CT. They do rent computers here. This library is more popular in the hood vicinity away from the main bronx library.

My kids lov it here.. attended the art program on Saturdays and this past week they just went to their first art exhibition down in Greenwich Village it was really nice!
