Visited this Library on City Island August 23 2022 and I was assisted by Diego very customer friendly, professional and willing to help. I came all the way from south Bronx to visit this Library he was a blessing to me made my day. GOD'S FAVOR IS AMAZING!! KUDOS TO DIEGO!!😊😊😁💜💜💜ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A HOME OUT HERE ON THE ISLAND ALWAYS DID NEVER KNOW WHAT GOD CAN DO IVE SEEN GOD WORK WITH A VERBAL REQUEST A THOUGHT AND A DESIRE WON'T GOD DO IT!!

Visited here today May 19 2023 and I was assisted by Gary Theresa and Heffrey very engaging and customer friendly I love coming to this Library they are always willing to assist 😊🩷🩷

What a wonderful woman helped me today to check out the books I placed on hold and picked up today. It was an eerie reminder of Covid taking your temperature and being led through the aisles to pick up your own books and then check out. It was comforting to be able to check out books as well. Safety protocols are in place and made me feel protected. The woman helped me with some questions I had with Overdrive and resolved them happily.

I absolutely love this library. The staff is friendly, courteous and delivers excellent service each and everytime.

It has a great section on books about the BRONX.

This is our favorite library for the kids. We love story time. Theresa does and excellent Job.

It is a very good place to go to recharge your batteries. The place is very quiet and has a lot of books...it is basically the 2ND BEST LIBRARY that I have been. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I will go there to just relax and I recommend you go too.
