Lisa-Marie was outstanding! She helped with a client who was planning her wedding when the client's mom passed away suddenly! Lisa's generosity was amazing!

My mother wanted to get me a bouquet for my wedding but it was only a few hours before the ceremony, and Lisa came through at the last minute with a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière! My mom said Lisa was friendly, professional and demonstrated outstanding customer service. We will definitely be using Central Florist for any of our future floral needs 😊

I ordered an arrangement through the website for delivery. The website has lots of pictures and is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The payment process was painless.

I received an email confirmation right away, stating my order was received. I didn't notice my special request in the confirmation so I emailed the owner, Lisa, right away.

Lisa confirmed that she did receive my special request and happily included a butterfly in the flowers. She also refused my offer of any additional payment. Thank you for your kindness, Lisa.

I received another confirmation email when the flowers were loaded up in the truck, on their way to be delivered.

Not too long after, I received a third confirmation email once the delivery had been made, and that final email also outlined who received the flowers at the door, upon delivery.

The entire experience was positive and the constant communication was much appreciated. It made me feel at ease knowing that my flowers were received by the correct person. It was nice to get real-time updates throughout the entire process.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and they were delivered in a timely manner. The arrangement that was delivered looked very similar to what I chose on the website and I am overall very happy with the outcome.

I'd arranged to pick up the Valentine's Flowers on the 13th, in case we were out the next day. But on the 13th we were in the hospital and I couldn't get them. Called Central and they very generously refundered me. Today I was finally able to pick up my wife's Valentines flowers, and she loves them.

And I always tell my family and friends if they ever need to order flowers for themselves or as a gift to someone that this is definitely the best place to get them from. Central Florist was so professional and very helpful in getting a last-minute spray to a church based in New York for a dear friend’s funeral (we are in Locust Grove, GA). We appreciate them assisting us and getting the arrangement delivered expeditiously.

Very easy process, and their website is user friendly! They did an amazing job with my mom’s arrangement!!! ❤ They delivered when they said they would! I went to this location desperate to get my cousin graduation flowers and gift! The lady there (I think her name is Jenny, sorry if I am wrong!) was really awesome! She advised me on what to get and the products were perfect and very affordable. I will recommend you visit this locally owned store for your flowers. The flowers had the best quality I have purchased.

Such a cute little flower shop! I called beforehand to see if they had lavendar (which isn't in season right now btw) and the owner was able to help me with no problems! When I got there the customer service was impeccable and we shared some laughs. Although they only had dried lavender (which still works for what I need to accomplish) the owner offered to get fresh flowers ordered for me in the future when they are in season. I just love when people go above and beyond when they don't have to!

Amazing service at this local florist. They have made me beautiful corsage for the last 2 years for my daughter and very reasonably priced. I also do my 1 stop shopping for Valentines Day here, Rose's, chocolate, teddy bear and beautiful cards. Plenty of parking.....i.wouldnt go anywhere else!

All I can say is Lisa, Lisa, Lisa! Central Florist went above and beyond for me today! My girlfriend received bad news today and I wanted to do something to cheer her up. I googled florists in her area and was blessed to have chosen Central Florist. I spoke with Lisa at 4:30, with the insane request to have flowers delivered today (they close at 6). Lisa graciously accepted the challenge. Lol. With the only directions being colorful and beautiful, Lisa created a gorgeous bouquet. Lisa also assisted me with personalizing the bouquet by adding balloons and a sign (which reminded my friend of how awesome she is). The first time she smiled after receiving her bad news was when the flowers were delivered. She smiles every time she looks at it. Mission accomplished! Lisa, thank you for your compassion; you could have easily said it was too late for a delivery today. Thank you for your professionalism and incredible knowledge. Thank you for just being a great person.
