This place don’t know how they even in business 18 dollars for these carnation and didn’t wrap nice or anything I was looking for an arrangement but the customer service was zero these flowers should be 1o tops never again

I should’ve read the reviews SMH. Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a flower shop but here I am. $43 for a dozen red roses that are dying the next day. Come on.

This review is from my boyfriend’s experience at this place, he doesn’t have a google email so he’s using mine to review because they were that bad. First of all the photos were a total catfish, most of the flowers were not nearly as pretty or elegant as what they advertised. Two, they tried to push the wrong order on me and make me pay for it even though I told them that this bouquet what not what I ordered - they apparently didn’t log what I ordered or even know their own prices! And three, the worst of all was that they were incredibly rude and unprofessional! When I first spoke on the phone with them, they already had an attitude and at first I let it go because that could have been just the receptionist but when I arrived to pick the flowers up, they were rude and treated me as if I was cheap and did not know what I wanted/ordered when they tried to give me the wrong bouquet. As if it couldn’t get worse, a woman who I can only assume was the mother/owner came out from the back and started arguing with them in front of me. And when she was finished she turned to me and treating me as if I was trying to trick them into getting a lower price for a bouquet THAT I DID’NT EVEN ORDER. I am never going there again, please head the the reviews.

First of all Janitzia is rude as hell. No customer service skills or understanding whatsoever. Secondly her prices are way overpriced for the crappy flowers she sells. She was trying to charge me $40 in delivery fees just to have it taken 2 blocks down from her store. And it wasn't even a holiday. A normal Wednesday, I don't know how this shop is still open. Her service and product both suck. Its better to head over to Miguel's across the bridge.

i know it's late but better than never. on valentine's day i bought two dozen of roses. one for the wife the other for my moms. both dozen last THREE days only. i went back the following week to ask why they only last three days. they told me," well it was real cold that day". ok so everyone that bought flowers or roses that day. was out of luck because it was cold so they only last three day of life. that was my first and last time i'll buy from there. around were i live they give you a little pouch of vitamin. or if i buy them on line i still get that same pouch. Janitzia's didn't give me anything. not even a thanks they just jump to the next customer...
