Ordering was easy. The plant was delivered in a timely manner and the recipient was very pleased! The next time I order I'll do it by phone so my expectation of what will be delivered lines up with what actually gets delivered. I will definitely us the Harlem Florist Loft again; I'll just be more specific!

Ordered flowers over the phone for 2 very special administrative assistants for their work commitment over and above that required for the positions. Delivered to an address in Washington Heights for a very small delivery charge. The arrangements were exquisite, beautifully arranged, full, fresh and reasonably priced (ordered just the basic size; perfectly elegant flowers). The gentleman with whom I spoke promised the arrangements would be enjoyed; he obviously takes pride in his work.

Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. We have sent flowers through this little shop and received flowers sent by others. In all cases the service has been friendly and fast. The flowers are fresh, varied, and beautiful. They use different flowers so the arrangements are a little out of the ordinary; a pleasure to give and receive.

I love Harlem Florist Loft and the owner is cool as hell. My most recent purchase was a pre-decorated, including lights small Christmas tree. The tree is absolutely beautiful and well worth the price (which was better than reasonable in my opinion).

I'm from out of state but getting flowers delivered was a breeze. They arrived on time and were beautiful. They person I sent them to lived them.
