This is the professional, competent, and personal service we’d love to have for all of our home issues. I met Jeff years ago when he was doing some work for my elderly mom. He struck me then with his kindness and his competence, so much so that he is our plumber too, for the long haul. He responds quickly and repairs are done efficiently and reasonably. Great guy, great company!!

Jeff does a great job. He is courteous and very professional. He also is a good communicator and arrives when he says he will (which is uncommon with a lot of businesses). I have called him for help a couple of times and would highly recommend hm.

I called Jeff at A BETTER PLUMBING COMPANY & he was happy to give me a reasonable quote over the phone to change out our 50 gallon water heater at our house in Ivins. He got us scheduled & came out & replaced it. He was very nice & pleasant to deal with & did a great & professional job. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended… I had a water heater issue which Jeff informed me to call the water heater manufacturer as the unit was under warranty, to obtain the parts which he could install. First time water heater company sent wrong part. Jeff stopped by diagnosed the issue, not the problem I thought it was and gave me the information to tell the water heater company. Got the right part the next day and Jeff was out shortly after arrival and got the water heater working and got the insta-hot water pump working also. The pump was installed but never powered up. If you need a plumber, call Jeff, you won’t be disappointed. By the way, he does answer the phone on the first ring…

Really appreciate the service Jeff provided: professional, efficient, and reasonable. Very responsive as well. Had 3 concerns I needed addressed. Jeff corrected one and advised that the other two were not issues. Extremely pleased with his honest assessment of the issues and his willingness to answer all my questions plus share his knowledge. Such great service! Very kind, helpful and respectful. Quickly came to our house and fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate. Could not have asked for more. We’re new to the St. George area and are so grateful to now have a plumber that we can call as needed.

Jeff scheduled us quickly and got our kitchen faucet replaced on a vacation rental property. We suspected the garbage disposal was broken but he fixed it and saved us a bunch of money on a new one. HIs prices were incredibly fair compared to some of the other plumbing groups we talked to. I'm not hoping for another plumbing issue in our home but if we have one, we're going straight to Jeff.

Jeff just replaced my gas valve on my water heater. He was professional and very friendly! He answered all of my silly questions and gave me good advice for maintaining my other water treatment devices. I’ll definitely be calling back for any of my future plumbing needs!

Jeff is the BEST. He is responsive, always on time, very communicative, SUPER knowledgeable & completely professional. He doesn’t overcharge, he adds extra tips & things, does extra stuff like cleaning up excess wires or tubes or whatever it is- he is absolutely the best. He has fixed problems with our kitchen faucet when others couldn't diagnose it, done a few perfect and quick installations for us, and is always SUPER friendly, as if you've known him for years. Beyond that, I contacted him for a couple of issues I was having that popped up suddenly, and even on his day off for his birthday he responded right away and walked me through both issues over the phone - problem solved in both cases. Jeff comes from a few generations of plumbers and absolutely knows his stuff - his work is perfection and his customer service is off the charts. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Jeff of A Better Plumbing… was the best plumbing/service orovider I have ever encountered. He clearly explained his work and recommendations, and on one occasion fixed a problem I didn’t know I had, making the more expensive repair (that I had been prepared to pay for, if necessary) unneeded.

Our water heater went out on Father’s Day. I contacted Jeff and ask if he could look into it. He got right back to me told me it was under warranty came that morning cut the new part. Jeff was outstanding and always kept me informed during my Hot Water Heater removal and install. He was able to order the heater of my choice and get it installed in a very timely manner with professional skill and safety always a number one concern. Jeff was also very informative as he provided many helpful suggestions about my entire system including my RO water filtration system and my water softener unit. A big plus for me as I like things very neat and organized is that Jeff had my heater installed in very tight quarters with all components clearly in order with easy access to all controls.
