Denise was so understanding and acted quickly in scheduling my appointment. Wayne and Randy are such kind and compassionate people. They saw my urgency and tended to it right away. You can tell that these 3 individuals truly care about the service they provide. I will DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

Technician arrived within appointment window, took time to assess the issue and so far the faulty thermostat problem seems to be resolved. Techs were professional, cordial and as a plus, brought their own protective shoe booties. While the price was costlier than other estimates I received, I am happy with the service received.

Denise signed me up for the annual service contract, patiently explaining it to me. Candice found a way to bring off my first service appointment despite NYC's biggest snow storm in two years. Both were fantastic.

Also fantastic was Brian, who was the technician assigned and who, lucky for me, had made the decision to brave the weather when few people had. After arriving at 11:30 a.m., Brian took no time at all in coming up with a solution to my drain clog issue in the kitchen sink. Twice in the past six months a clog had caused drain water to rush into the dishwasher and cascade onto my ceramic tile and hardwood floor. Brian recommended we install a check valve to prevent backflow. He installed one, but he did not stop there. He placed an additional check valve before the P-Trap to prevent building water from flowing up into the trap. Yes, Brian goes the extra mile. He saw that levers were missing from the sink shut-off valves and told me. Brian then evaluated the rest of my condo as this was the first of the two annual inspections. He was absolutely thorough. At my request, he even looked at the refrigerator ice-maker line to see if it was plastic or copper. Finally, before leaving, Brian made certain to run the dishwasher, just in case. No leaks. Brian explains everything clearly and concisely to the customer, repeating himself when necessary to ensure understanding. He is smart, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. You will be in excellent hands with Brian!

This company excels in their profession and goes above and beyond to ensure they're job is done properly. Our store was flooded one morning due to a toilet malfunction. Andrew was able to accommodate us under short and urgent circumstances. He came and immediately was able to identify the issue, he replaced the toilet, switched it out for us, took it to trash and everything. Andrew is the BEST!!!

Eric was extreme professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable. He was able to solve the problem immediately and provide explanations when asked. I will Definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

It was very timely, the technician arrived before the schedule time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Quality work and verscheduledy polite and respectable technician who explained everything thoroughly.

Taylor Group gave me excellent service, even as I waited for my stove to arrive. Then, the service persons were knowledgeable and courteous while I searched for the manufacturer's manual online, since that seems to be what is required these days.

The technician is fast and does his job well but the price is too expensive. Replacement for one zone valve is over $1000, so labor price must be crazy. The entire job was a bit less than an hour.

Morris was super helpful and speedy in providing our gas pipe inspection. He worked quickly to help us meet our deadline in time .
