During my numerous rentals with business partners they continue to work with a sense of urgency .
Amazing customer service , which is hard to find. Very motivated and accommodating as well.

The manager is extremely pleasant too.

Excellent service by Adrian!!!! He was so helpful and most importantly, had excellent communication. He was very patient and showed us around the facilities and different spaces available with again very clear instructions. We booked right away. The facilities is well maintained and comfortable. Very clean and well run! We are happy customers!!!

Also, it was super easy to get into and out of the parking lot. On a quiet street.

When I went to cub-smart my experience was an amazing. I encountered such a sweet kindhearted woman named Aisha, extremely informative passionate and such drive customer service associate. She went into details about the boxes the lock's and the free van service She also explained it was best to take the autopay so I would not encounter any late fee. It made perfect sense. She also told me about the best fit for storage for my room. I appreciate her support regarding my move reassuring me that things will go smooth and she will be here with me every step of the way. Extremely appreciate that because I was so overwhelmed. She made me feel so comfortable great energy. Thank you so much Aisha for your amazing time I appreciate you and your baby powder smell made me feel so at home smelled amazing.

I went to CubeSmart with the task of downsizing, and the help that I received was incredibly spot on. Quick response time, and absolutely competent and kind workers. I was very satisfied with that visit, and actually I’ve been satisfied with all of my encounters with all the staff members for the past year. I would highly recommend this branch, mainly because it’s the only one that I know, to anyone looking to store their belongings. It’s a highly competent staff, and a very clean environment.

Aneka, Aisha, Adrian, and Maricela were incredibly helpful and ensured that my move-out was seamless. The closed contract was in my email before I made it inside the office after inspection. Moving out has never been so easy.

Today me and my man got a unit and was treated with all the respect and kindness by Ms.Aisha Mr.Mark. They walked me through everything from administration policy and fees to locks. Great customer service. These people need a raise. Also the Mr.Buddy was great he was the 1st person to greet and talk to me when I walked in.

Adrian showed me to my unit and was very descriptive of everything and very helpful. The facility was clean and smelled nice. Better than Uhaul for sure.

I Abosolutley love this Storage place. To the minute i walked in and every other day has been a wonderful welcoming experience all thanks to Jason Abbott. He helped my process and made the whole experience easy and understandable. I couldn't be more happy with his Excellent Customer service, his exceptional communication skills and outstanding knowledge of all my questions and needs about the services that Cube Smart provides. If you need any help Ask Jason! He's hands down the best manager and you should ask him anything and everything, he knows it all.!! Jason should get promoted to a higher position if possible. Thanks again Jason for making cube smart my go to storage unit place and i would recommend anyone to go to cubesmart for its welcoming home feeling and vibe it brings each customer like me.
