Dragon House Chinese Restaurant

I ordered take out from here for the first time for me & my son last week. They had my order ready in less than 10 minutes & it was still hot after the 15 minute ride home. Both me & my son both agreed that it was some of the best Chinese food we've ever had!. He had the sesame beef & I had the shrimp lo mien. We also got egg rolls & fried rice. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

This is the 4th time I have been here. Always great Chinese food good drinks, and great prices. The staff are very friendly with quick service and very attentive.
The atmosphere is nice too. I recommend giving them a try next time your in Penfield.

Dragon House has great quality chinese food, friendly service, and the inside has that nice, relaxing atmosphere, with nicely appointed decorations. They have the authentic tropical cocktails such as the tasty Mai Tai. Glad they are still in business for decades. This is a favorite.

We had an issue with Uber eats where they completely messed up my order. The owner apologized multiple times. Remade my entire order on the spot. Tossed in a few extra goodies for the inconvenience which I offered to pay for. Overall very happy with the service that the restaurant provided even though Uber eats messed up. Will def order again from here.

I know there is a Chinese takeout place in every plaza but this place is the best I’ve had. Can’t believe I just found out about it. Have it atleast once a week. Love it every time!

Great, clean, and respectful. Awesome service. Fast and friendly. There's a bar and you can get takeout or dine in. Taste better then normal Chinese takeout. They have all you can eat rice with your meals. Drinks at the bar are a bit pricey but I'm fine with it for the awesome service we received there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to eat. Not overcrowded because most people get takeout so there's always room to sit and eat. No waiting for a seat or u can eat at the bar. They don't make you feel rushed like some other places I've been to.

Probably my favorite Chinese takeout. Everything here is very good. Quick service and effective communication. Food tastes like real food and not as manufactured as many other take out restaurants.

Some of the best Chinese I've ever had. Takeout is incredibly quick and if top quality. Dining in, you can expect immaculate, friendly service and your orders coming it if the kitchen in what feels like seconds. The food is always at the peak of freshness and I've never ordered something I didn't like

The best Chinese Restaurant on the east side, family owned and hospitality is very kind. I really enjoy the General Tso Chicken, crispy and juicy and favorable. Their spring rolls are very good as well, overall I really enjoy coming here with my family. Please don't let any of the negative reviews deter you from going here. I highly recommend.

Take-out from Dragon House, what a treat! We have been ordering here for years and have always been pleased. The dishes are delicious and generous. The order is correct and on time. What more could anyone ask for?

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a while ever since Jade Palace shut down, RIP, so we normally get the same stuff but today I decided to switch it up a little bit. I asked the guy that answer the phone if he could suggest A sautéed shrimp dish and he went through a couple that he had after he figured out what I like ended up requesting a really amazing dish that I love so much and I just can’t believe it honestly I go to Chinese restaurants a lot but this is the first place I’ve actually had some amazing customer service over the phone. I will never not go here this is my new spot so thank you guys for being awesome!

We always enjoy Dragon House. The food is always prepared very well. Everything we've tried is good. The appetizers are all good. Service is always prompt and friendly. We go there every couple of weeks.

this place is 100x better than Hong Wah House.
ingredients are way fresher.
i cant taste the freezer, like at Hong Wah.
not trying to trash Hong Wah, but I've been eating there for the last 5 yrs, and this place is just so much better.....
i got Mei Fun noodles, sesame chicken, fried rice, and fried dumplings.
everything is wonderful. couldnt be happier. cheers.

Drove in from Syracuse New York and I was very happy I found this place. Very generous portions, excellent food, and amazing hospitality. I will definitely be back. Only downside is that I have to drive an hour and a half to get here!!!

Locally owned and operated for over 20 years. I personally know the family who has been making the best chinese food in this establishment since I was a kid. Very charming and relaxing place to have a wonderful meal.

My husband and I have been going there for years I have never gotten sick never saw anything dirty no hair in the food I don't know where that comes from and we are great friends with the owner she is so sweet and lovable best Chinese food I've ever had prices are right you get a ton of food I can't say enough about this place we love it
