Everything went great. Easy set up. The agent explained everything thoroughly. His attitude was very friendly. He was very professional,courteous and informative.

I've used their services a few years ago so I knew what to expect. I got a good quality locker for 19 a month

Great location, very convenient in terms of access (multiple entrances, all ramp/handicap accessible) staff is great, Tyreil is the gentleman I had the pleasure to interact with. Not only did he help me setting up my unit, he also helped in terms of the best location for my specific needs AND guided me there AND showed me how to get there without assistance. The second entrance (Non-staffed) was really good to know about, he showed me how to get there and get to my unit easily and effortlessly. Highly recommended.

The two young men were informative and quite pleasant and friendly. Considering I am a general manager at a self storage business as well in another state, I was absolutely impressed

For starters let me say this is the 1st storage spot I seen with a clean bathroom even smells good 👍. I accompanied my mom who rented a unit there and I have to say Liz was so nice and thorough and she even spoke Spanish which was a plus. She made sure my mom understood everything. Its nice to go somewhere and you get treated nicely.. Got to say gd job storage post and thanks Liz you're awesome, continue to be nice

Portia from Customer Service was amazing in finding me a unit and gave me lots of personal attention! Friendly and extremely efficient! Thalia and Gloria from the location desk were kind and efficient! Recommend totally, A+

The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

The sister at the desk was very courteous professional not overly friendly was will to help through exemplifying how the first floor door opened and closed and even when I got it wrong she showed up and demonstrated again with no attitude very well customer service extended all the discounts available to me this fall sign up season excellent interaction

I went in to the facility yesterday to find a storage space and the customer service was great. A young lady named Nychelle showed me 3 units , she was patient with me and she made me feel like my items will be safe with them. I came in just to look and I’m now going in on Saturday to rent the space she showed me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. I have used them before. I didn't have any problems. I decided to come back and use them again. I gave them a high score because they are willing to work with me and let me know when a more convienant storage box is available.

I just wanted to say that your staff at the storage post (Bruckner Blvd) where i am is AWESOME!!! no bs so professional and really show an honest care and concern for us renters. Had to go there early this morning to see the manager cause in my storage unit there seems to be an infestation of rodents. So I asked if I could see the manager so he could see what I was speaking about. He came and saw from himself, apologized for the problem and immediately went about resolving my issue. Needless to say it was all handled so professionally that it made me believe in customer service again. The manager was polite respectful and knowledgeable about his team and the building that he was running. This put me at ease, I have used the Fordham unit for ten years and had excellent care and now at Bruckner for the past 3years I'm quite content with my choice. Mr. Alex M Oates kudos to your staff and you for excellent customer service!!

Hey, My name is Roy I was very upset and frustrated that I lost my key and there was no one was available to cut my lock. But thanks to Edilee Gomez she assured me that she will make sure she executes the situation. Just two hours later I received a call back from storage post and it was Edilee stating anything was resolved. SHE IS AMAZING!!! thank you for your hospitality!
