Verrazano's Restaurant

Took myself on a date and had an amazing time. Great service at the bar and friendly chef/staff, very personable. Limoncello cake is highly recommended.

We came here to celebrate Valentines and listen to jazz in their jazz room downstairs. The food had some hits and misses, but the cocktails were consistent. We started with two salads, the Beet and steakhouse salad. The steakhouse salad was great. Unfortunately, my Beet Salad was missing a few items, and the beets were cooked inconsistently, some raw crunchy, and some soft, it seemed like a kitchen mishap. I ordered the lobster fettuccine, and the pasta and sauce were divine. The husband ordered the filet migon and got the Oscar filet, which the waiter apologized for submitting incorrectly but we were still charged for the higher priced incorrect entree. The cannolis weren't on the pre-fixi menu, but the waiter did us a solid and was able to put in an order for us and comped it due to the mixup. Regardless of the few hiccups, we'd like to give this place another try on a non-holiday as the cream sauce pasta on point as were the cannolis. Parking was free with a dedicated lot out front.

Our anniversary dinner at Verrazano's was exceptional. The ambiance was romantic and welcoming, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel special. The cuisine was the star of the night – each dish was a delightful blend of flavors and presented beautifully. A complimentary dessert to celebrate our occasion was a thoughtful touch. In summary, Verrazano's delivered an unforgettable experience with its superb dining, service, and atmosphere. We highly recommend it for a special occasion and can't wait to return. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Stopped by for a quick drink and appetizers. Wasn't busy at all, service was fast and Drew was owesome. The view of the sunset was great!

I love me some Italian food and this place did not disappoint. I love the option of sitting outside for a sunset dinner with a view of water and trees. The food is very hearty and tasty. Service was exceptional.

Took my daughter here for a nice dinner. It was winter so not much action going on outside on the water but I had the best rib eye I’ve had in my life and I’ve had a lot of them. She had bolognese and she said it was amazing and that is her favorite meal. Will definitely be back:)

A perfect evening spent here. The service is top notch the food is amazing. My girl and I will definitely be returning again soon.

Food was delicious. We got the risotto with shrimp & scallops and the scallops with arugula. For dessert we had the affogato, and was pretty good as well, not too sweet the ice cream. Very tasty and quality. We sat and the bar and the guy there was friendly.

UPDATED REVIEW:
Went for early dinner on a Saturday. Staff was friendly and attentive. Wine was good and the food was amazing! We ordered one of the specials which was a Ravioli with Cream sauce, gorgonzola, mushrooms, beef tips and it was to die for! If you're there and it's available, GET IT.

Great food and patio is nice for views! Our server was super helpful. We ordered the Ohno Special, Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Stromboli. Cocktails were mostly good except I didn't like the Lemon Basil Gimlet I had.

We just had an extraordinary night with with another wonderful couple. The server, Tommy was was so fantastic I would say "he was just as good as the food"! Thanks, Tommy. They have the best calamari and clam chowder. The marsala was incredible and the Ribeye tender and tasty. Make sure you finish off the night with one of their tasty desserts.

My partner and I agree that our meal was the best we've had in years. Appetizer of clams and the broth amazing. Very little of main meal as leftover. Chris, Our server, was attentive and provided excellent service. Would recommend.

I love the beautiful scenic view from the patio dining at this delicious Italian spot conveniently located in Federal Way on the waterfront of the sound. I would highly recommend coming here for a variety of tasty seafood and Italian dishes made fresh as well as receiving excellent caring service. This is a great spot to enjoy outdoor dining or to have a cozy romantic or family meal inside. I would definitely check out this place if you love seafood or Italian of great quality!

Every time I visit family in Des Moines, WA (Seattle area), I have to have a drink, meal and dessert here. I'm usually here visiting and dogsitting, so I go alone and sit at the bar. Even in work clothes, I always feel welcome and the bartenders and staff are friendly and efficient. Tip: the seat at the far end of the bar has a great view (If the weather is too cold for the back patio). They open at 3pm and now have a happy hour with some value pricing - I had a great Honey Kolsch beer, Meatballs, and the chef's choice Ravioli...and of course, my favorite salad anywhere - the Insalata Verazano, which I get evertime I go there. Note: always ask what the special is - the day I visited, it was fantastic braised beef ravioli in a mushroom sauce. It was just fantastic!

The prettiest clams I have ever ordered! I had take one like I was at the beach. Lol. Food was great and service alike. Highly recommend.

What a delightful experience! Staff is so wonderful and food was incredible! We have not been here in a while and all of us left saying, "Why have we not been here more often?"

I went here for my birthday.It was really nice. It's more semi casual wear. The food was delicious the leftovers the next day were even better.

Not our first experience here and won't be our last. The stuffed ravioli with braised beef was excellent as was the salmon seafood risotto. Great service and definitely recommended.
