Nice hospital

When u have an appointment you still have to wait so long to see the doctor.

My wife had 12noon appointment we were here 11am early. Yet after waiting until 1:30 pm in the afternoon they literally forgot about us and said they have to go on a lunch break. If it could get worse they did not want to do X-rays before cleaning because there X-ray was supposedly and I quote “broken” Yeah and so is your service! I strongly agree if you are here to do anything with dental stay far away from this place. They don’t care about their patients. 2 hours wait for nothing but excuses.

Something is wrong with their phone line which is bad for business smh

I would give no stars because this place was the worse hospital I ever been to. They totally disregard your wishes for your children; they are rude and disrespectful, they do not answer the phone, they did in fact hang up the phone on me. They tried to keep my daughter against my will and they treated me like dirt. I felt very uncomfortable having my daughter at this place and I do not recommend to anyone! Please run and never come here. Worse mistake I ever made.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical office. I waited over 3 hours for my dad to be seen. His doctor was not available and we saw Dr. Jagarlamudi. She was so rude and condescending. My dad has dementia and she basically told me that unless he has a proxy I cannot advocate for him. Will be switching to a diff health care network.

I had a disappointing experience with a nurse during my recent visit. The nurse's behavior was exceptionally rude and unprofessional throughout my time under their care. Their lack of empathy and condescending attitude made an already challenging situation even more difficult. I hope the healthcare facility addresses this issue to ensure a more compassionate and respectful environment for all patients. Or else I'll have to take further appropriate action against this hospital The Nurse I am referring to is Dr.Omerige Not allowing me to finish my sentences & interrupting me with an attitude telling me i am being too vague when not allowing me to completely finish my sentence unfair & disgusting energy worst hospital!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service, access control security should be replaced. Receptionists on third floor at the adult medicine department were very rude and lack customer service. If you don’t like to work with people please don’t get a job where you’re working with people. — thank you the patients. P.S will definitely not be going back would rather not get my procedure done than to set foot back in that hell hole.

Poor service, the systems are conveniently down leading to my mother not being seen almost two hours after her scheduled appointment, despite being told by a nurse that a doctor would see her. She’s a diabetic and needed her medication asap. Would not recommend.

Today I received an erroneous appointment reminder Text and Voicemail for this establishment. Understanding how important appointment reminders are I contacted the establishment, rather than ignoring, in an effort to help allow the establishment to get the reminder to the correct person. I waited on hold for a representative and when she answered she was unenthusiastic. I explained my reason for calling and her only concern was documenting my phone number to give to her supervisor to remove from their system. When I explained that I was calling to make sure that the correct person would get their reminder she responded with an attitude saying “I know what you meant” and hung up. I called back and explained the interaction and apparently I was speaking to the same person because when I said the person I was just speaking to hung up on me she said “No I didn’t”. Rather than argue with her I kindly asked to speak with a Supervisor. She placed me on hold for an extended period of time after which I was not transferred to the Establishment Supervisor rather the Supervisor of Telecommunications. While speaking to this individual I attempted to explain the situation again. The response I received was condescending and lacking any concern for the actual reason of my call. Instead I was assured that my phone number was “in the middle of” being removed from the system. I decided to write this review in hopes that the proper authority will learn of the experience. I could easily have opted out of the text messages and my phone number would (should) have been removed. As someone who relies heavily on appointment reminders to operate my business I would have appreciated the opportunity to redirect the reminder to the correct individual. What I assume will now happen is the person who did not receive their reminder may potentially miss the appointment and have to wait for this establishment to schedule another. In some cases they will still be charged for the appointment despite not receiving the reminder due to the establishments error.

No stars. The ghetto staff and the worst system ever. I’m in such disbelief at this dilapidated disgusting hospital. MLK must be rolling in his grave with disgust.

I was wrongfully hospitalized here. I told the social worker, Richard Luthy, I was upset I waited 2 hours to see him. He began asking me if I wanted to hurt anyone so I said a little but I wont because I can control myself and that I would just go to the gym afterward. He then hospitalized me because of this. Then I was touched while I was trying to sleep and when I tried getting a good look at them my vision was blurry because I didn't have my glasses on. He noticed me looking at him and walked away. I feel scared to go to hospitals now

This hospital is a disgrace to mankind, I have many reasons as to why but to be brief the staff will purposely waste your time, the doctors frolic in the hallway with anyone who will listen, very unprofessional. The handful of doctors/nurses that are good are overshadowed by the corrupt doctors who tell patients they are not there, all kinds of mix-ups happen way to often, this is my current hospital & I wouldn't come back there if it was a life threatening emergency. The absolute worst hospital ever, someone call the better business borough & notify the community when this travesty is under new management please & thank you.
