We hired Empire to snake various drains within our property. We were extremely satisfied with the Technician’s professionalism and knowledge of the services he provided. We have recommended Empire’s services to our neighbors and we will definitely be using their services again.

I spent many hours emailing and selling a variety of water main companies. We needed to install a new 3" combined water main to connect to a sprinkler system in a townhouse. I received quotes from 6 companies and there were others who, after repeated attempts to get a quote, I gave up on because the lack of any communication. The 6 quotes I got were all over the place in terms of a set price and conditions applied to the quote, IE, 7k if our road had to be closed, and 800 if we have to add a 90 degree bend. In a final attempt to get a quote, I contacted Empire Water Main & Sewer and given a quote within a day with no strings attached "a soup to nuts quote". I hired them and a few weeks later, after pulling all the permits the work begun. The team were great and were very respectful of the neighbours as they had to dig up our pavement and open up the whole road to fit the new line (it's a very dirty and messy job). I have worked with many subcontractors, and if you asked who was the best? I would say these guys. 10/10 and the price they quoted was at the lower end of the quotes I received and everything went to plan with no delays or problems. It's just rare to find a contractor who cares about their reputation and provides quality and not exorbitant prices.

I have an apartment building in the bronx with a clogged up roof drain. Ray the service tech arrived on time and was extremely polite and pleasant. Although my problem went deeper than just a clog, Ray was very persistent on trying to get the job done.

I will be using this company and Ray will definitely be my go-to guy.

Ray and George are the best! They called 20 minutes before they came to let me know that they were on their way! They came on time and they listened very intently to my problem. They were upfront and walked me through the process every step of the way. They were very reasonable with the pricing and even worked with me too. These guys are amazing! They are my new plumbers for any future projects that I may need around my house. I would def hire them again. Quick, professional, no nonsense and they have great work ethics. Called Empire and was able to get an appointment the next day. Ray and Jesse came right on time and even gave me a 30 minute courtesy call. They inspected the sewer drain with a camera and showed me that grease had built up and hardened. They were able to jet the sewer right then and showed me the inside of the pipes again afterwards. Ray and Jesse were very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process to me as they worked.

Jesse and his partner were extremely helpful and professional. They did a main line sewer cleaning and ensured that there was proper water flow. They went above and beyond, they even helped me vacuum some of the water that was in the basement. Great service, would definitely recommend them and the company!

Have used this company twice. They replaced a collapsed back yard drain and repaired my main sewer line. Both great experiences. Jesse and his Co worker were very professional. Very good about being on time, communicating arrival, explaining the job, and giving me a fair quote.

Very professional team that does quality work. Jesse and his colleague came to my house, assessed the issue with the clogged pipe and used the hydrojet to clear it out after snaking the pipe was unsuccessful. They explained all steps along the way and were very pleasant to work with. Would use them again.

Amazing and professional work done by Jesse and Randy. I have been having a sluggish main waste line for months and other plumbers would simply snake it as a temporary fix. However, Jesse determined after giving snaking a shot, that Hydro-Jetting would likely be the next step and surely enough, they were able to clear the line of thick gunk that would otherwise be impossible to remove! They even showed me the inside of the pipes with their special camera. These guys not only provide quick and professional service, but educational as well!

I'm truly impressed with the attention and the quality of the work that was done with Empire! I found them on Home Advisor and chose them because of their good reviews and I was not disappointed! I scheduled an appt for the next day and called to confirm pricing. On the phone, they were able to move my appt to the same day and then even up to the next hour. When Ray arrived, he was super friendly and helpful! He kept me at ease by keeping me informed and laying out all of my options in a way that allowed me to make the best decision. He was invested in helping me solve the problem until it was fixed. Empire will definitely be my go-to moving fwd! Finding a plumber you can trust isn't easy, especially as a new homeowner. If you decide to work with Empire, ask for Ray - he's the guy you need for a job done efficiently!

Ray and Jesse were quick, efficient, and fair with their pricing. They showed up 45 min after I called and completed the job in an hour. Great service, would highly recommend them for any standard clog.

We had sewage backed up. Jesse and David from Empire came to our house and did a terrific job. They are very professional, skillful and thoughtful! Jesse used camera to check the inner works of the pipes. And recommended hydrojet. Amazing job. They will be our go to guys.

Empire is a responsive and professional sewer company. They were recommended by a good friend and Tony as a consultant very quickly responded to my emergency situation and explained all options. We initially believed the necessity of a partial sewer replacement but upon further assessment Empire showed video camera footage to ascertain the necessity of a full sewer pipe. Yep a lot of money but I’m challenging American Waters Supply to compensate. I’m happy with their work.

I called they answered. No hassle is what I like. Professional I should say. Got me scheduled the next day. The workers were professional Ray and Jesse.
