Loved this place. Lots of vintage gear. Friendly staff. I didn’t know there were two locations with this one being the smaller one but it was still increasingly. Highly recommend you go if you like guitars at all.

I had a great time meeting Mike and the staff .if you're a fan of true vintage instruments this is a must visit... Fenders anyone!

Mike's Music is a great old-time guitar shop covering three floors. The person running the place was very friendly. An amazing assortment of vintage guitars, bass guitars and amps. Third floor is where the amazing stuff is, rare old Telecasters, Stratocasters, Gibsons Les Pauls, and more. It's like a museum.

I am new to Cincy and was looking for a local Music Store for guitar strings, advice, etc. and found Mike’s Music on a Google search.

The reviews were great so I took 2 guitars to the store without an appointment to have them restrung.

One of the vintage guitars was restrung while I waited and watched along. That was cool!

My classical guitar was finished in a couple of days.

No surprises. I walked out smiling. It reminded me of the music shop I used to use to in New Orleans on Magazine Street. Great people!

And Mike’s Music is a guitar museum. Vintage guitars line the walls of the store displaying the artistry of each one!

Very cool selection of old gear and instruments. Worth looking around and seeing what treasures are hidden around the shop. Very cool.

A few friends and I went in here when it was completely empty. Mike allowed us to try a bunch of stuff out. Although I'm not a big instrument guy myself, I was still fascinated with all of the drums, guitars, and memorabilia. Definitely would recommend.

This place has a huge selection of rare gear. A man named Scott was working on the day that I happened to stop by. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with, and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Dropped in for a walk through music history and some quick musical eye candy. If I were a rich man, I'd buy the whole store. Nice to see they are still rocking strong!

Awesome selection of guitars, wall too wall literally two floors. A few different pianos and banjos. Tons of pedals and speaker amps. This is second or 3rd time I have Ben here and I always find something new.

Killer shop, Scott and Mike were great to work with! I often would come in to check out what they had in stock, and found myself looking for a hard to find vintage amp. They had the amp I was looking for and an accompanying cab! They were quick and helpful in their responses and the service was great! Thanks again!

Very good shop. Purchased a 1960 Gibson es125 when passing through town last fall. Great vintage player. I live in California and they shipped it out to me fast and in perfect condition. If you love guitar and music in general, this is the kind of shop one dreams of.

Mike's Music has an incredible selection of all things guitar-related including various brands of electric and acoustic guitars and basses as well as keyboards, drums, and other instruments. They also have a great selection of amps, strings, pedals, straps, and other accessories. Scott at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful when answering questions, setting up guitars, amps, and pedals to try out, or just making small talk. I highly recommend visiting Mike's Music for any of your music needs or for the mere sake of trying out great guitars.

I went in for a small repair, the man working there said the tech team wasn’t there but he was able to fix my problem for free in about 30 seconds!

Mike's is a great place. Fair prices and trade in values. Everyone is very knowledgeable up there. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially for vintage and hard to find gear.
