First time there. I'll definitely be going back!! The prices were GREAT and huge variety of items. I won't be using apps like TEMU now that I know about this place!!
Reminds me of how department stores used to be with it's relaxed and welcoming environment 😌

It was was nice shopping experience was greeted as I entered the store with my Glambaby. I was only returning an item but decide to look around. I got some earrings💍 for a great price. My Glambaby got 7 shirts 👕 because we seen the little mermaid with Halle Bailey . She was truly excited 😊. So she found some other really cool cute 🎽👕 so I got them for her. The checkout was a little long but not bad. It was good customer service & they had a employee they were training. So it was a pleasant shopping 🛒🛍 trip. As we were leaving the security woman was there & the alarm sounded I'm like I just cashed out. The cashier who waited on us came said it the earrings she showed me, she said you ok. The security personal complemented me & my Glambaby on our attire. Thanks for nice customer service

I’d not visited this location here in Columbus, (Chicago stores even with the cost of living there, were pretty good) & I was equally impressed with the prices here. I went to shop for my first grand child and almost lost my mind😂

Nice store and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of teen boys clothing. Can't wait for my next visit!

Great pricing on things you can't normally find anywhere else

Between Burlington and citi trends, the only 2 places I get my clothes from. Good prices and good name brands for cheap!

Lots of deals. Just have to pick through things to find the deals. Things are just thrown places a little too cluttered for me personally to shop here regularly. But if you're looking for a bargain this is the spot to be!

Love love my tommy hilfiger and only place I find deals on tommy. Best place to shop and very clean

It's a place I like to pop in from time to time because you never know what you might find. It's very inexpensive and carries some brands you might have never heard of but at the same time you can stumble on a great steal from Banana Republic or maybe a designer. Lines get long sometimes but at times can be worth it.

Long lines, but move fairly quick. A variety of beautiful items in all departments. Love the store

Great prices, great fashions, excellent knock off shoes and handbags. Items change every 1-2 months, so jump on something when you see it. Go in the morning when they first open and no long lines. Love this place.

I love this store!!! I cannot go in here and not buy something. I always find something I want, more like two three four more things. I spend at least two or three hours in the store, you never know what you're going to find, things you will not find anywhere else.

Large selection and fantastic pricing

I just have to say from the time the pandemic started until now the BURLINGTON EAST store it stays super busy! But I have had nothing but good experience. Which I can't say for the other Burlington that I have visited. I have never had a rude employee, and when things were busy they were always trying to make things faster. I love their items and always get good deals. Shout out to Jalisa who went above and beyond to help a customer find an item by calling three different stores right before stores closed! I love BURLINGTON EAST!💕

Today I went in on my monthly visit because I am obsessed with burlington. And the woman that checked me out Kiera made my whole day and shopping day even better. She had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We laughed during check out the whole time and because my purchase was so large and you can't take the cart outside, she offered to walk me to my car. We had so much fun we forgot a couple of my items lol. I called and she already put a note on my items and was waiting for my call.
P.s. what kiera didnt know.. Today was the anniversary of my son I lost, he would of been 13 today. It really is the smallest things, and kindness that makes someone's day. So thanks girl. I hope you don't go unnoticed.
