Dollar Tree

This location is very close to my house. In the past it has been a mess and I did not want to shop there. I stopped in yesterday, 7/14, and had a wonderful experience!

The store looks fantastic! There are no boxes all over the floor waiting to be emptied. The shelves look neat and orderly. The staff was very friendly and I understand that it is now under new management. One employee really stood out. Her name is Eva, and she was feverishly stocking the shelves, and answering questions, and helping people find things all at the same time. She is a star! And I’m sure deserves a raise. Thank you for the improvements.

In the past this store has been forgotten about or not cared about.. they had no stock people at all only the 1 or 2 regular cashier folks.. there was boxes piled up everywhere and had to be a fire hazard or something..I went into the store today and it was marvelous.. plenty of product on the shelves.. you could easily walk the isles and the a/c was blowing nicely.. I don't know what happens nor why but the difference is night and day.. you don't feel dirty shopping at this location any more..good job. Just to let you know I needed cemetery flowers and the assortment was nice and the one long time cashier was there. She just brightens my day in a hard crusty kind of way.c'c

Thee best morning staff!!! I called all over for 3 canisters (with a white lid, the manager, at this location, knew what i was asking for and had them neatly waiting for me). The energy of the store is very welcoming, I was greeted right away when I walked in and felt at home shopping around for other miscellaneous nick naks...my cash out experience was seamless... I was greeted by

It's a pleasure to shop at this location.

Didn't stay long but had exactly what I wanted and plenty of them. I had been to 4 other stores including 2 in Zanesville looking for white candles and boom! I found them on Main Street. I will definitely go back and browse when I have some more time.

It was nice and clean the staff was very helpful

They are always very kind when you walk in. Their customers service is outstanding and cheerful. The store in always stocked well, in order and easy to navigate in. I've never gone in and not been able to walk out with what I needed. I've find myself going to this store when I cant find what I'm looking for at another Dollar Tree. Five-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I visited the dollar tree to find items to create a minature garden and a bubbler fountain. I found most of what I need in their craft section. They have several items to help with your craft project, whatever it may be.

I've been to several DT stores and this is the first one I've found with completely stocked shelves! I was amazed! It was wonderful!

Got all this great Easter stuff to make beautiful basket for a low price.

I would not normally give this particular store five stars but, they must have got new management or something. I went in there today and everything was neat, there were no boxes in the aisle, the manager asked if I found everything, Etc. Really a great turnaround. I hope it continues because that store looks really nice now.

I would like to say that the associates were very friendly

There was a shortage of shopping carts,we greatly appreciated them helping us fine what we need.

One of my favorite Dollar trees. Wish they had more office supplies, but then again, it's a dollar tree and I always get fabulous customer service. Always find more than I need lol ! Keep up the great work dollar tree ! Love you guys.

Great place to shop!! Very Helpful Friendly Staff! Fast Cashiers! Never long lines. Always neat & clean & stocked. Lots of unique & every day items for $1 or less. 5 stars for Reynoldsburg location

Great prices: everything is $1, including t-shirts (got 2 large ones=tan & pink). And, they sell thick enough socks (2pk for $1). I stock up on their gallon Crystal Geyser Natural Alpine Spring Water, etc. 🤗The associates were pleasant & helpful.

📣Update 3/15/19: Just an alert~the store is looking a bit over-run lately. You can still find those goodies you & I go there for. The associates are under staffed, coupled with low pay; so high turnovers. Not good but, the price is right. 🤔Hopefully it will get back in shape soon & with pay increases. 👍🏾

Edit. Give credit where credit is due. You went through an awkward stage but recently you are moving up in the stars. Better inventory and stock, much friendlier staff. Get the rest of those carts unloaded and on the shelf and I'll come back and give you a five star 😉

Jessika is such a wonderful and polite cashier. I go to various Dollar Trees 3-5x a week and this is by far my favorite due to her customer service. She deserves a raise. Friendliness and exceptional customer service. She's definitely a shining star.

To the crew that took care of my 90 year old mother yesterday...cheers.you are all what this earth is about and you need a raise. Cheers to your company for hiring such lovely and caring people.
