Unfortunately I had 2 wakes in one week
my 1st experience with Malverne Floral Designs Jerry was so nice and professional that when my Closest friend of 33 years passed a few days later I called and got Jay who was so kind and compassionate that I told him the story and how Jeanine loved colorful flowers that I told him to use his judgment on the arrangement. Well I was so impressed at the wake at the gorgeous colorful huge arrangement that they created. I hope my next experience with them will be for a Joyous occasion and not a Funeral but I will Definitely be using them for all my Flower needs.I highly Recommend using Jay and Jerry next time you need to order flowers.

The bouquet I received was absolutely beautiful 😍. Unfortunately, the person I gifted them to didn’t refill the vase with water and the flowers died within three days. The owner Jay was nice enough to try to remake the bouquet but the flowers were past fixing. He was able to provide a different smaller bouquet in replace of the initial one. His customer service and eagerness to fix the situation and make me happy was amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how he handled the unfortunate event. I also received a gift certificate to use towards my next purchase. Although, it wasn’t his fault the flowers died so soon, he was willing to make it right & for that I give Malverne Floral Design 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ . He was professional, accommodating and genuinely cares about his customers happiness. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to buy flowers!

I came the day before my cousins wedding hoping for a beautiful wedding bouquet at a reasonable price, and that's exactly what I got! The flowers were immaculate, and the gentleman who helped me, although I didn't get his name, was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and so passionate about flowers, and flower design! I walked in only with an idea of what flowers I wanted, came back the next day and walked out with an absolute vision, honestly better than anything I could've imagined! Very talented, passionate people with really beautiful flowers, and floral visionaries!

Jay was the absolute best! He shows how much he loves and takes pride in his work. He made a get well arrangement for a friend and it was perfect! He put extra flowers in to make it even stand out more! My friend was extremely happy with her beautiful arrangement and sent me picture. Will recommend his shop to everyone I know.

Very professional. They make very nice bouquets. They work within your budget. I always use them for every occasion. They are a small establishment but seem to have everything you need. Highly recommended.

Visiting from Miami to visit my moms grave site, I went to the nearest florist. A cool man with a heavy Italian accent asked what I needed. I said I need a bouquet of flowers to put on my moms grave at Rockville Cemetary down the street. He asked what's my budget. I told him. He grabbed a few flowers and went to the back and came out with the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen. Thanks so much!!!! I know my mom in heaven loved them.
