Maria's Bazar

This is a destination falafel place! It was soooo good and I am so glad that this kinda place exists in Woodstock. Just honest good food with lovely outdoor seats in a quiet corner off the Main Street. (and to the people leaving bad reviews because “rough around the edges” - you don’t have to come here!) i really appreciate unique and wonderful places like this… again - get thee that falafel - you will not regret it!

A great place for a cup of coffee and chat it up with company or not. The staff is very friendly and family oriented. I got that vibe about the place. Family. The breakfast i ordered was very good. Reminded me of old school diner cookin! Miss that! Thank you for your service

My friends and I are working remotely in a near by town. We were panicked when we realized all of the towns west of Kingston were out of WiFi for the day as we fled towards Woodstock. Thankfully we found this oasis with delicious coffee, burgers and LTE service. The staff was so kind to let us spend all day in their garden and gave us great service. I would recommend the Bazar Burger it was very good. Thanks to the staff for letting us camp out in the garden for the day!

Very Woodstock feel, kind of rough around the edges but nice. Food was very good and we got our meals quickly. It is definitely a place to stop by while in Woodstock, very casual. We sat inside to eat then moved to the courtyard outfront afterward to chat. Everyone was just coming and going, very relaxed. There are only a few restaurants in the area that are open mid-week for lunch so this was a lucky find, we had a good time!

We stopped in for some coffe and a quick bite. The soup was amazing and the garlic bread was incredible. The workers were very nice. Overall a great place to grab lunch.

Maria’s is a cozy, relaxed spot in Woodstock. The owner is warm and friendly, and often brings the food out to you himself. You will not find a tastier, less expensive, or less pretentious breakfast in Woodstock. The large picture windows bring in lots of sunshine. Come here and support a genuine small business- and have a genuinely good experience.

Love it! Great chicken soup, meatballs, and other freshly prepared foods. Real omelettes with the eggs folded over whatever is inside (not all scrambled together and then folded)! Kind attentive service after ordering at the counter in back. Cases full of lots of interesting stuff including medical mushrooms. Lots of parking. A gem!

Being a Long Islander I take pizza pretty seriously, me and my girlfriend got our pizza we were a bit skeptical. When I took the first bit, I was like wow, this can pass as LI pizza. The service was nice too. The only “complaint” about the pizza is that the crust was a little too crunchy, but overall amazing!

We stopped here after spending a long weekend in Oneonta, NY. We decided to check out the famed Woodstock area and decided to eat here. I have to say they make superb pizza and the owner was so nice to us. I don't think I've received service like this any other place I've been too. Great food, great service. A+++

Maria's Bazaar is somewhat of an institution in the town of Woodstock, it's been there forever. Maria still stops by and Cooks a few things and keeps an eye on the place she is a treasure. The food varies some of it is excellent, there was some dishes that left something to be desired. There is a sandwich counter and usually two or three homemade soups available. The hero's sandwiches are very good. There are a variety of dishes prepared and displayed in a glass fronted case as well as a variety of desserts. The coffee is excellent and you can get espresso or cappuccino as well! Great place for breakfast that they will there for you fresh, egg sandwiches etcetera, also good for lunch if you go to the right day

We had a wicked time traveling down Route 212 with all the road work going on, on our way to Woodstock.

We've been going to 'Maria's Bazar' to eat most every time we visit Woodstock, I would always get a plate of Raviolis here.

Alas, Maria has retired, but her legacy/the restaurant still operates thank goodness. Yesterday my mother and I enjoy a delicious crispy calzone. We were waited on by Gloria, who was a most gracious hostess.

Maria's Bazar is out of the way/not street-side, I recommend this place highly to those who visit Woodstock, NY. I guarantee you won't regret eating here, far from it. This eatery is a rarity, it will be a sad day when/if they close their doors.

Marwan is a great person and he goes out of his way to be caring to his customers who have become more than customers but friends.

Love stopping in! Owner is Fabulous! Great PIZZA! My Favorite, the Falafel sandwich! Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. Indoor, outdoor seating and Togo. A staple to Woodstock!

waitstaff is sweet friendly low-key. you feel welcome here.a calm family\friendly atmosphere.spacious and lots of room to bring friends and or family. Many vegetarian/vegan options.i highly recommend the falafel sanswhich.the owner is a family guy with children in school and supports locals including the artists & muscians.Marias is a wonderful place with wonderful people who go out of their way to make sure that everyo e is happy. Also there are several many options for a diversity of tastes;including a regrigerated deli with many vegetarian options as well. Getting even a cup of coffee here is delightful.There is indoor & Outdoor seating. The others customers tend to be friendly & laid back as well.
Might i also mention the Owner built brick pizza oven & the hand made in front of you pizzas. So theres that too. <3

Great Pizza and various entrees in several styles. The environment is friendly and interesting people are often found there eating and socializing.

Love that this place is a hidden treasure. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pizza is superb as well as everything else they offer.

A warm, home like spot to have early breakfast, staff is friendly and welcoming, something as simple as two scrambled eggs tastes delicious would definitely come back

I can't believe the rating isn't higher for Maria's. Every time I go to NY I need to stop and get my favorite sandwich ... roast beef and fresh mozzarella.
