Let me tell you something about the man that owns this business. I used to be really strung out on drugs living behind the gas station right across the street. Most of the time I never had money for a meal but this guy would still always feed me. Sometimes it was the ONLY thing I had to eat for days. When I did have money, he wouldn't let me pay because he knew how rough of shape I was in. Fast forward a year later, I have a year clean and went in to buy the breakfast he used to make me. When I tried to pay with my card, his machine didn't accept AMEX and without a second thought he STILL just gave it to me. When you talk about community and delis on Long Island, this place is and will always be at the top of the charts. God bless this man and his family. AMAZING FOOD. AMAZING SERVICE. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY HE CARES, which is more than people can say about most others.

Always quick, budget friendly prices, and good food!
Going to other places, like the one down the road, would charge me $3 more for the same order.

These bagels are authentic NY style bagels from Queens but on Long Island. The owner is a funny guy and has a good heart! His prices are always reasonable and his food is always amazing!!

I've been coming here off and on for over a decade and I've never been disappointed. The bagels are always fresh and their veggie cream cheese is my personal gold standard, which I judge all other veggie cream cheeses against. The owner is friendly and kind and works very hard. I love this place and I go every chance I get with my awkward sleep schedule and after moving about 10 miles further away. It's worth the trip for the level of service and the quality of their bagels and cream cheese.

After 2 visits he already knew my order and it's impressive how quick he can recall mine as well as the orders of a whole line of customers.

They also have the best bacon sandwiches in the area too. Must try!!!

I've known Bill for quite a long time and his sandwiches are amazing. I call or walk in and he already knows what I want without telling him. I wish he would get a bigger shop though even one with tables so you can eat in. I wish he stated open longer and had a bigger place.

Best bagel. This guy knows how to make a bagel. Every bagel, EVERY time, cooked perfectly, mixed perfectly. I employ other bagel store owners to take a ride, & experience what a real bagel should taste like!

Best breakfast in bay shore in my opinion. Bagels are always fresh and always great service! Seems like the owner is there every day cranking out quality sandwiches! lol. Deff recommend

My parents live down the street and every time I visit I make sure to stop in and pick up a dozen of they delicious egg bagels and vegetable cream cheese. Very cozy place

This place is the best, not just the bagels but the " Billy burgers are outstanding! Its rare to find a place with awesome food and great service.

I love this place!! The register guy, who I assume is the owner is pretty cool and funny. The prices are cheap and the breakfast sandwiches are good!!
