Milan Laser Hair Removal

This establishment is fantastic; the staff is incredibly welcoming. You feel at ease there, and the nurse is highly professional and competent. Regarding results, after just two treatments, I saw a remarkable reduction of about 70% in hair growth, which was unexpected given my thick, dark hair. It's definitely worth it!

Milan Laser Hair (Dublin, OH location) followed up via email and phone to make sure I was scheduled. They were able to see me the same day which was great!

Overall Dublin Milan is top notch - friendly staff, all the technicians are detail-oriented and take their time, very clean space and lots of supplies in the bathrooms to get ready for your treatment.

It seems like the larger Milan Laser Hair organization needs to get their scheduling and phone system in order. If Dublin is unable to answer the call it gets forwarded to their central scheduling which gave me the 925 minutes message.

They are great, you get a good result quickly, but lately I have not been able to get through to schedule an appointment. Sometimes the phone just rings and rings, and now I just called and an automated voice said my call would be answered in 925 minutes. Yes, "nine hundred twenty-five minutes". I was able to leave my number to be called back, but what the heck?! Is it that hard to have enough staff to schedule appointments?!
It's 2024 - ever heard of ONLINE BOOKING? sorry, venting. I'll change my rating when they fix this.

I’ve always had a fantastic experience visiting Milan and today’s treatment was no exception. My nurse specialist today, Octavia, took the time to talk me through the process, ensure I was ready for treatment, and made the appointment smooth and painless.

This Milan location is always super welcoming and sparkling clean. They’ve got everything you need to prep for your appointment and have excellent customer service.

Milan’s laser process is awesome - they’ve designed a laser system that has cold air pumping during the whole treatment, making it WAY more comfortable than you’d expect.

Octavia was so kind and personable — she was super fun to chat with during my treatment and it made the time fly by. She also shared some thoughtful post-treatment recommendations and advice for a smooth (pun intended) after-treatment care experience.

I’m so happy that I decided to go ahead with laser hair removal and I’m even more thrilled that I opted to go with Milan!

I absolutely love Milan! Their techs are polite and professional and make the time go by great! I can confidently say their customer service and care is a staple in why I decided to pursue my laser journey with them! If you want clean, safe, lasting results I recommend Milan 100%!

Coming in for my first treatment I was extremely nervous but Nurse Practitioner Urja talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. She told me what to expect before and after and gave me the best tips for aftercare. After having her I noticed that over half of my hair was gone after the first treatment. For my second treatment I was running late by 15 minutes and she still managed to get me in and out ahead of time while maintaining the same kindness and professionalism. Thank you Nurse Urja for making me feel comfortable and being supportive as a first timer at this. She truly does great work!

I have been going to Milan for a few years and have had a great experience. Gone are the ingrown hairs and I never have to shave my legs. I chose to use them due to their multiple locations, fair pricing and lifetime guarantee. Their staff are all extremely friendly and professional. Their equipment takes care of business. Since I’ve started going, they’ve upgraded how to make patients more comfortable with colder air blowing all of the time instead of CO2 spurts (if you know, you know – life changing). My practioner, Urja, is super fast and efficient, and beyond friendly. Every time I go to Milan, I feel comfortable and well taken care of. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I just regret not going sooner.

Can’t say I love getting laser treatments, but must say that I love the results! Milan Dublin has a fabulous team and have always made me feel at ease, even when the treatments are in “sensitive” areas. At my treatment today, Urja helped me laugh through some areas of discomfort, while simultaneously educating me and telling me what she’s doing. I can tell she is a great nurse practitioner and actually cared about my hair removal process.

This is my 3rd visit. I started noticing a difference my very first visit. Usually I have Octavia but today I had Stephanie. Today's visit we cranked up the laser so it was a little spicy but she did a great job focusing on my target areas in need. I look forward to my visits & already feeling more confident!!!

I just got my second treatment with the amazing practitioner Deanna Walti. She was very friendly and work gently for two hours keep me engage with a nice chat that I didn't event sense the long time sesion. She was such a good listener and friendly women that I enjoy my treatment time with her.

This location was great all through out. I was running late due to my job so I called the center. Lindsey was friendly and kind in accommodating me and reassuring it was ok and rescheduled me for a later time the same day. This was also my first time and Urja was really patient and knowledgeable about the procedure. I appreciate her helpfulness. I would recommend this center 10/10

I have had such great experiences with Milan since I started coming here in November! I have about 75% hair reduction just after 5 visits! They are quick and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Octavia for laser hair removal at Milan, I can’t say enough good things about Octavia, I had a such an amazing experience for my first laser hair session with her, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She explained everything very clearly, before the session, and each step of the treatment to ensure I was comfortable along the way. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly exceptional at what she does. I am surprised to see how quickly I started to notice less hair growth even though I just had my first treatment, and I cant wait for my next session to see even more less hair growth. My experience with Milan at Dublin, Ohio center has been very great with my laser hair removal treatment for my face and hands. Both Stephanie and Urja did treatment for me and they both have been so amazing and addressed my concerns and thoroughly amd made me so comfortable during the process. I am 3 sessions in at the treatments I’m doing at Milan and every visit I’ve had has been pleasant! Everyone there has been patient with answering questions or addressing concerns. Urja takes her time with my session and makes the visit more pleasant with her smile and friendly conversation! I’m seeing results already and looking forward to see continued progress.

The staff is amazing and makes the experience exceptional and comfortable. Wish I would’ve started the process sooner. High recommended this location and services. It’s worth the drive as well, you won’t regret it!

I am three treatments in, and very satisfied! I wouldn’t say it doesn’t hurt, because it does hurt a little bit, but nothing very big and the results is the most important at the end. Stephanie is super nice and gentil. I can’t wait for my next session:)

Best investment I’ve ever made. Hair is thinner after only one treatment. It’s worth every penny. I’ve had other treatments (in other places & home devices) before, and they were not as fast as this one. This is brilliant!
