I came in with a few ideas of what I wanted in a mattress, but Ed definitely helped me narrow down on what requirements I needed for my first mattress. He asked me a lot of important questions about how I sleep, if I wake up sweaty, and I how I up wake up, questions that I didn’t even come up myself. Ed was extremely kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and patient with me and my mom as we looked around the store. He was very considerate about my worries with affording a good mattress and showed me a good variety of affordable prices. I highly recommend coming here to find a mattress because the workers are so patient and really patient attention to all your needs when finding a mattress

We just left Mattress firm in Bayshore. Edward was our sales representative and he was beyond helpful. Not only did he help my wife and I pick out the perfect mattress but was able to explain all the features and made buying a new mattress so easy. Did an overview on what was the best brands within our price range. Closed our deal smoothly along with explaining all the additional benefits Matressfirm has to offer with the purchase. Salesman Joe Dino really knew everything about mattresses. He wasn't pushy and was very nice and professional. He has been in the mattress business a long time so I was so happy we had him as a salesman.He answered all of our questions. I ordered 2 queen beds and he gave a very fair price. We met Joey in the Bay Shore store. He happened to be the most informed salesperson I’ve ever met. I walked in with the intention to get some information about the different types of mattresses available. He was able to answer any questions I gave him. I went into mattress firm in bayshore, Daren walked me thru all of the mattress' And then I left without a mattress. I went back and he walked me thru the mattress' again and showed me the new ones and the ones that were on sale. Daren had so much patience with me, he let me lay on the mattress' for a couple of minutes just to see if it would be comfortable for me. This time I bought one and I can't wait til I get it.

With a terrific salesman named Michael and he explained a lot of things about the mattress I hope he picked a nice one we got the Stearns and Foster. I like the idea that we have 120 days to try it if we don't like it for only $99 we get to swap it

My wife and I had previously purchased a mattress and box sping and are very satisfied, as it was 5 years ago already and still as comfortable as when we first bought it, so we went right back to the exact same store and the salesman was very knowledgeable, prompt and polite. He explained some of the differences between the models in our price range and made our choice simple. The whole transaction was quick and went smoothly. A low stress experience for sure and we would surely recommend that store to anyone considering a new bed.
