Larkspur Landing Renton

A fantastic hotel and overall wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly, made check-in a breeze, and even organised transport from the airport to the hotel. Shoutout to the driver, as he made the drive over entertaining and feel just like being picked up by an old friend (since we'd been on a 16 hr flight just before!). They even had soft cookies at the counter!! No other hotel has ever done something like that before.
The room was quiet and warm, with a fully functioning kitchenette and plenty of space to warm up our meals. The shower water was hot and consistent in strength, which is always a blessing after a long flight.
Overall, would highly recommend this hotel to any guests in the area. You will not regret it.

The best part of our stay would be Malachi! He is so friendly and helped us out a ton! Our TV wasn’t working so he had to switch us to a bigger and better room. The cookies baked fresh are delicious. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! (I suggest a new toaster though). The rooms were very big and clean, but outdated. The price is well worth the room though. The hotel is fantastic and I highly recommend it. I do not recommend the room service though. Just trust me on this one. The quality is that of a microwave dinner, but one you have to wait a long time for and it’s cold. They also forgot one of my sauces. The service is separate from the hotel though, so don’t blame the hotel! You’re better off getting Uber eats. Anyway, the location is decent! It’s not too far from Seattle, which is extremely expensive!

This was my first time staying at this site anf I loved it. Sure parts of it were a bit outdated, but it really wasn't that bad. The room I had was basically a one bedroom apartment. I like that they don't come in unless you ask them too. Not having to put the sign up to stay out like other spots I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and never ignored me no what time of the day. I liked having a kitchen in the room in case I wanted to do a little cooking for myself. I would very much stay here again.

I am staying here for work training, so I am not paying out of pocket. I know nothing about the cost and value. Still, I love the room I'm in. It has the perfect shape. It fits a full/queen bed, two end tables, a medium sized dresser next to a skinny but spacious closet, a sofa chair with matching ottoman, and a desk/table and chair. Then there's the kitchenette. Full fridge/freezer, full sized microwave, two burner stovetop, small steel sink, small dishwasher, and a nicely tiled floor that flows into the bathroom. A sliding door between the bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom has plenty of space, a standard sized shower/bath, a large mirror, and plenty of counter space. This hotel is 5 minutes from the massive IKEA. I had a hard time with the TV though. I was unimpressed at the small selection of options available. Having said that, I am going to be sad to leave the comfort of my room

This was an excellent option for parking when flying at SeaTac. Our car was safe for the week and the staff, including front desk folks and shuttle drivers, were nice and kind and knowledgeable. We didn't stay in the hotel.

Malachi is the best!! Very helpful and cheerful every time we came in the door or had questions! The cleaning staff also very considerate. It was an enjoyable stay, thank you very much!

Great affordable prices, suite was rad outdated but super clean and worth the price. Great location and near freeway. Terrific continental breakfast. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking lot was clean as was hotel. Will definitely stay again.

All of the staff are Amazing! The best part about my stay is being greeted by Malechi during the day and Jessamae at night! Jean, the manager, made the right choice on hiring them! Malechi knows my dad and I by name, always asks my dad how he’s doing and answers All of our questions. Malechi is extremely professional on the phone and when checking us in. He also is very friendly and approachable! He’s an excellent listener who senses when a guest needs something! Jessamae is the unsung night hero! She Always greets the tired & weary guests! She knows us by name also and asks how my dad is doing! Both Malachi and Jessamae even know what snacks my dad and I like.🙂 We keep staying here because of them! My dad’s med appointments are in Seattle but we stay in Renton at the Larkspur because of the amazing team! Malcolm, the guest van driver, always greets us and knows our names even though we’ve never used the van service! Leon, the maintenance employee, always says hi, knows us by name and helped us with a matter immediately. The housekeeping staff, Teresa, Jane, Pamela and others, are Fabulous! They know us by name, asks if we need anything and we always find the room spotless.

I always thank everyone for their service and kindness! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for it’s a place that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Every single employee I’ve encountered has been so kind and professional. The room was clean and homey. I don’t want to stay anywhere else after this trip. The beds are beyond comfy and the staff makes you feel like family. This visit has been exceptional

I don't know about the hotel, but the parking service was great. Friendly staff, shuttle was fast and they even extended my parking a day complimentary after our flights got canceled short notice.

Great place for the deal. My stay was last minute. The staff was very friendly.
They provided me with a shaving razor, cream, a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast offered is cold only, but still decent quality. Cereal with milk, almond milk was available for non-dairy drinkers. Yogurt, hardboiled eggs, cheese and string cheese. Oatmeal, different juices, and a few more things. I didn't see everything, as I had to go, but there was plenty of selection available.
The rooms were very clean and very spacious, some photos attached. Very quiet inside of hotel. Only one gripe about the room, there was no fan that I could see in the restroom, so if you like hot showers, expect a lot of steam through out.

I'm a property manager and had to put up one of my tenants here for a few days. The Larkspur Landing staff went above and beyond with their patience and service to my tenant during a stressful time. They were so kind and helpful.
This hotel has shuttle service, the rooms are clean and cozy, it's nice that they have a kitchen.

Located in industrial area bad location. Good rooms and quiet good service nice stay good to go rent a room here you will enjoy peace and quiet comfortably

We were really quite impressed with this place. We only stayed for one night before an Alaskan cruise, but this looked like a great location to stay for a week.

The suite had ample room for our family of six people, with two nice beds and the pull out as well. The kitchen area was decently sized and quite well stocked with plates, bowls, pots, pans, noodle strainer, and all the silverware you would need to make a nice meal.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed some last minute printing done and they helped us with that easily. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything fancy but was tasty and plentiful.

I had a very pleasant and rememberable stay there. And i would like to thank all the staff that work there for making my stay as pleasant as it was. I will most definitely be returning

So, this is my first time here and I have no complaints. I appreciate the cleanliness, the position of the room & parking we had. Security is on site and does do walk through, if that is something you desire. There are other perks of staying here and you'll find that out once you stay here...

Larkspur landing has decent rooms that are affordable and they top notch customer service was delightful. I arrived alone in the evening and after I checked in and went to my room, the young lady at the front desk called me to make sure I got to my room and it was suitable for me. I appreciated the gesture of going above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. The continental breakfast is nice and the staff are very friendly. I will be returning.

After a horrible experience at a different hotel in which they overbooked and left us without a room this place was great. Malachai (l hope I spelt his name correctly) was amazing. He found us exactly what we needed at midnight and his friendly personality just made the whole experience worthwhile. Will definitely return if in the area again.
